This Chase bank is a small neighborhood branch. It’s clean inside and outside. All the staff are nice and friendly. Rarely wait in line here and if you do it’s super short. They have 2 ATM’s in the branch in the outside/inside sun porch area. After hours you’ll need your card to gain access inside the ATM area. I’ve been pretty pleased banking with Chase seems like they offer more perks and much less hassle when it comes to getting your money or updating or changing something. Definitely recommend this local branch to do your banking and to come sign up for an account of you do t already bank with Chase.

Went in this afternoon to help my 83 year old father update some information on his account. The staff there was kind and patient, careful to explain everything and make sure that he had full understanding of the process. Very grateful that he wasn't rushed into any decision and as a result there was no frustration on his end. Big shout out to Linda who was super patient and caring.

I've been banking with this branch of Chase Bank for over three years and I have never had a negative experience. The staff are always friendly, courteous and professional. Any of these negative reviews must not be telling the whole story. In all of my visits to this branch, or any Chase branch for that matter, I have never seen anyone treated with anything but respect. Banks have to follow certain rules. If you don't like the rules, then blame the rule makers - not the tellers who have to follow them. Again, my experience with every person who works at this branch has always been positive. I can recommend banking at this branch without any reservations.

I have been Banking with Chase for Many Years .... I have never been treated so Badly.. I was in Ventura on vacation visiting my mom and The person behind the protective glass refuse to Deposit my $800 cash .... After he took it counted it...He return it!! And refuse my business! This is 100% tyrannical discrimination!!

Love our local bank! The staff is very friendly when we come in. Most of the tellers recognize us by our faces and have a good conversation with us.Our kids love the place more because they get a lollipop there! Not sure if the lollipops are available during COVID-19 but they might be.We've not only done banking here but got documents notarized. The bank has been very help!

This bank don’t have any decent and costumer service at all. Specially the worker name Wendy, if you have her please!!!!!. She won’t do any extra mile for the service and she’s very rude, and if she has a problem at home she should left it at home. The Ventura branch manager should send the employees to a training how to handle costumer.

I have been with chase for many years, this location has the worst employees with attitude issues here. I had questions about a check and got nothing in return but a sorry and our policy's have changed. (Since last year apparently.) I feel I can't trust this branch with my money. EDIT: I did go across town and had ZERO issues! Please visit the chase location on Victoria you will not be disappointed.

Worst bank experience I have ever had. I've come to the chase bank every week and withdraw money so, recently My car got broken into and everything was taken from there including my wallet with my ID in it and my passport so I went in with my expired ID that expired a month ago and mind you, they know who I am because I always use the same bank teller. They then sent a bank manager who was very disrespectful towards me in a fashion I haven't been spoken to before. Implying that I was poor and didn't have any money in my account because the way I looked Ultimately they only agreed to give me only 100 dollars out of the thousand. Which made no sense to me at all and said I could get any more money out until I got a valid I.d now since I have my I.d I will be going in and closing my account Tommorow I hope you think twice about using chase

Do not bank here. You will live a happier life.This bank is in need of an employee overhaul. I'm surprised they all still have their front teeth. Stupid and rude and discriminatory all rolled into the blue collar making decisions about when and how you deposit and withdraw your money.

I have been a Chase customer for quite some time now (many years in fact) and haven't really had many issues with them. This instance however, really irked me. I used their mobile deposit service to deposit a settlement check from my old company's lawsuit. I deposited it late on Friday evening which Usually entails an extra day of wait time based on their terms and conditions, that's fine. I called the customer service on Monday afternoon to see about when the money would be available and she told me possibly end of business day or first thing tomorrow. Tuesday mid afternoon I go into this location and the banker tells me there is a "system hold" on my check and it could be held up to an additional week and there's nothing they can do..... except maybe clear the pending deposit. I left frustrated and came back later that evening to talk to the manager who basically told me they were holding my money until the hold came off and there was nothing I could do... until he said "well I can probably cal someone in the morning and go to bat for you". Long story short, I called the customer service again the next day and the amazing lady had me on hold for 7 mins and handled the whole thing and got me my money.

I came here after having a terrible experience at the Chase branch on Victoria Ave. I was so fortunate to have Tim Fisher open my account. He was so professional from the start of our conversation. I really appreciate his quality service his honesty and his time he spent explaining everything. He is truly worthy to be praised as an exceptional employee.
