I went in with my mother to open a checkings account and the older woman that helped us kept insisting on needing my mother’s green card even after letting us know her manager told her we didn’t need it present. At another Chase the forms of I.D. we had were fine they were just super busy so we came to this one. I decided to open the account online instead because I do believe this is a great bank but that experience was very uncomfortable.The teller that assisted us after was very kind and helpful. If it wasn’t for the first experience with the other worker I would have given this Chase 5 stars.

Personal Banker name Muhammad was very rude. He didn't try to understand my situation and made it sound like I was wrong. The awful part was that he interfered with me regarding my business despite his complete lack of knowledge regarding taxes. Also, the last time I tried to send money out of the country I had an argument with him. I like Chase, but I will never use his services again. Talking to him is very stressful because he never listens to me.

Again, Liz is the best! She checked on my fraudulent charge today and I received a reversal on the same day! I take customer service very seriously and Liz is the best branch manager out there with Chase! Please give her a raise! You don't find many people like her who go above and beyond for their customers and because of the amazing experience I had with her at this branch, I will now not go anywhere else.

This is the only bank I like to go to. Staff is super awesome and there is never a line when I go. Feels safe as well close to a police station.

Not reflective of this branch. Chase bank in general. Have been in contact with customer service 866 number . I'm waiting near 3 hours on hold waiting to speak with a rep. Once I reach a live rep I am transferred to someone else who puts me in the queue and after waiting additional time, someone answers and tells me I have been transferred to the wrong dept. then they say they will transfer me directly to a rep. However I am placed back in the queue . Last week it took me near 6 hours to report issues to the bank. No one can call you back or email you. Unable to go to the bank and get a bank rep to help. Even today it was the banks mistake and Customer service on phone rude. Not one rep could handle my call. The Loud music alone will distract , deter you and make you give up and hang up . I can't believe my phone needs charging after waiting and continuing to wait so Very Long. It's getting close to 5 :00 p.m. Please send this to the Chase bank managers.

This location seriously needs more tellers! At least three should be working at all times during business hours. Seriously, why is the bank paying someone to just stand in the lobby acting as a greeter/traffic director/supervisor when that one extra human being really could be better utilized behind the counter as a teller and working harder to move the line of customers along faster? Nobody wants to get stuck in line at your bank for a half-hour every visit. You're robbing each of your customers of about 6 to 12 hours of their lives every year. Also, the very cheap-looking, tacky makeshift mural in your building is an eyesore. It looks like it's hiding a construction zone where the tellers once stood to help customers complete their transactions.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Never really long wait. I also appreciate the atm inside.
