I have to say that Marty is a very patient man! I initially got information from him about 6 years ago and ended up not buying a home. He answered every question I had and never made me feel like I was difficult. Just last month I finally bought a home. He had me approved in about 15 minutes. Marty and his whole team were extremely responsive to every email. They really made things happen for our loan, which was not easy and got it closed in 26 days! I would highly recommend Capital Mortgage Services!

When my wife and I were looking for a mortgage on our first home, Marty and his team came highly recommended. We quickly learned why: everyone we spoke to at Capital Mortgage Services was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer all of our questions. Marty made helpful suggestions both about finding the right loan as well as helping improve our credit scores. I also want to single out one of his teammates: Yanelly. Yanelly and I were in constant contact during the application process, as she reviewed all of our bank statements, bills, etc., and helped us fill in all of the missing pieces. Yanelly was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgable that she played a huge part in making a stressful situation feel totally manageable.
