Camco breaker is owned and operated by one guy. This guy is VERY TEMPERAMENTAL! He is very easily angered and possibly bipolar. He has talked my ear off before, holding me up from leaving one time and another time he has gotten so enraged he took his material back and slamed the door in my face. Now with that being said he will have the beaker you need 99% of the time, But!… he will charge you double to triple what it is worth depending on how bad he thinks you need it!I hope none of you have to ever deal with this guy and can find what you need elsewhere!

A few years ago they helped me with an special breaker that was discontinued and were polite and helpful. I needed to order another one so i called in over the phone and a gentelman claiming to be the owner, after being very rude and not trying to help said he couldn't help me, then told me to F@#$ off he was busy.

Great service over the phone but completely different story in person. Went to pick up a part from Jose, had a few questions about it, no big deal. He was very aggressive in answering and completely insinuated that I didn't know what I was doing. He stated I just don't understand how the past works, just flat out rude. I could sense he was paranoid that we were going to hold him responsible if something didn't work. I told him, I just needed the part... We're not interested in returning the part, or holding anyone responsible for anything. I'm a contractor and know exactly what I'm getting into. It was almost like he was trying to talk me out of buying what I know I needed. He then exploded into a rage! Yelled at me to get the F@*! out of his store. I pleaded with him to allow me to pay for the item because I needed it for a job and he just kept yelling and dropping F-bombs. Absolutely unbelievable negative experience! That man needs some serious help, he's fortunate he didn't get tuned up in the parking lot.

Hands-down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with! I have made numerous purchases from Jose the owner and was asking him just for advice and he told me to leave his facility. I don't understand that kind of customer service because I would be willing to help anybody that had questions rather if they purchased it from me or not

Not for the homeowner. Staff is unresponsive, and rude. I showed them a breaker I needed to replace, one of their freinds walked in behind me. They talked to him instead, showed me the door and told me they couldn't help me.

In 1991 I was in need of a rare obsolete breaker and was told to call what is now Camco Breaker. They knew from my description what I needed & had one on the shelf. Ever since then Camco (Jose) has been my go to place for problems such as this. Over the years, time & again, Jose has made my company "look good" by knowing about & having that impossible to get electrical component. Allen Schofield, 40 yr. Don't know what to say to put into perspective just how much Jose and his staff helped us out. Without going too deep into details, we had an emergency and needed a fix ASAP. Jose went above and beyond to help me with my problem and even called back afterward to make sure everything was up and running okay. I don't have a ton of experience with other guys in his field, but I can tell you for certain that customer service and care is his top priority.

This specialty breaker store is the go to place for breakers for Corsa Electric, Inc. The staff is friendly, but best of all they are well stocked. They have assisted me in finding hard to find and even discontinued breakers. Please don't ever close shop because your service is invaluable. You save me both time and money. That's a win-win. Thanks for great customer service because it is hard to find these days.

On Easter Sunday power went out to one of the buildings in an apartment community that we manage. This impacted approximately 40 residents. After troubleshooting, we found that a fuse had blown. This isn't your typical fuse either! You can cannot buy these at a lowe's or home depot and typically need to order them well in advance. However, after frantically calling about 20 suppliers Jose, the owner, answered the phone when I called his store. I explained the situation to him and he quickly stepped in to save the day. He agreed to drive out to his store and check his supply to see if he had one in stock. He called me back to confirm he did and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for me to get there to buy the fuse. In addition, he provided me with a contact for an electrical contractor that could come out and install the fuse for us. We could not be more grateful or impressed! Thank you so much for helping us out during our crisis!
