Customer service is garbage here. They won't accept anything over 20 dollars. I will not support this establishment. Son of the establishment watched the cashier be difficult and stood behind her. He allows her to mistreat customers. She called me something other than a client which I was also shocked he allows. Dont shop here.

I wanted to check out Main Street since they had closed a lot of the street to traffic. It's really nice to walk there without all the cars and traffic. I was looking for some nice and unique tops. Since I retired about a year ago, I have purchased very few items of clothing. I am really concerned about the impact of the fashion industry on the environment and climate change. So I thought that it would be better to give some clothing a second chance rather than buying brand new ones. The women's clothing was arranged by color and the store was pretty neat and clean. I spent some time going through the racks and most of the women's clothing was gently used or new. I found about five tops that I really liked and they ranged in price from $1.75 to $7. One top was even brand new with the tags still on! Most of the tops fit very well but others were a little big and I'm going to take them in with my sewing machine. I may even change the tops a little bit. I am trying to get back into sewing but I just haven't been able to start making any clothes for myself. However, the most wonderful thing happened after I got these tops: I could see how to change or modify them and I started sewing. It was a miracle! The cashier was very friendly and even complemented the blouse I was wearing. I did notice on the way out they had a chalk board with their special pricing by color. I can't wait to go back!

This is my favorite thrift store. They have the best prices on clothes and are so friendly. The store is huge and they have it laid out really nicely. They have a lot of knick knacks and some furniture. They also have really good deals on the window displays (as their "fancier" stuff).

THE WORST, place I have been in. The worker was rude and did'nt know a thing he was talking about. I have never had friendly knowledgeable service here anytime I went in. . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR stick to the other animal charity stores. Span Spark and Cat 'a Cradle to name a few.

The people working there are rude as can be. I didn't have a mask and decided to leave when asked about it and was then mocked by the register employee.The cause is good but The store is ( in my I opinion) mediocre.

Maybe one of the worst places I’ve ever set foot in. We (my Girlfriend and I) were harassed out of the store for not wearing a mask. We had no issues wearing a mask we just weren’t aware of the new mandate implemented 10 hours ago. No masks were offered they just yelled at us to get out. I hate what this political climate has become. The staff here should kindly take a long walk off a short pier.

Had a manager yell from the 2nd floor balcony to a worker at the register to tell me and others to put their masks over our noses. I was in a situation where my eyes are drying out from the hot air from my mouth and I was freshly out of eye drops so, I knew I was wearing the mask wrong but, to give temporary relief to my eyes was the most God awful thing I could have done. The looks on all the employee's faces when she yelled and then pointed directly at me made me feel like I stole from the Vatican.

Bought a lot of things in this store today. The only complain I have is the control of people going in and out of the store. No one is outside to control the numbers. Other than that, come with patience to find parking. 10-4-2020. Good buy! Highly recommend.

one of the few thrift stores my wife and I like going too she usually finds a few items to purchase it's a nice place and larger than it looks and now they accept debit and credit cards not just cash only anymore plus it's in old town Ventura has that old time feeling
