It’s a great store with great prices, but I won’t be shopping here often due to the fact they don’t have a baby changing station in the men’s restroom. How am I supposed to shop with my baby if there’s no way to change him appropriately? I’ll have to shop elsewhere until this issue is resolved.

They are very bad bad customer service we went over 45 minutes just to pay our stuff. They have one cashier only and we talk to the other ones and they don’t care about us. We’re not gonna go back anymore to the store. They don’t respect the customer.

People are friendly (when the line is short) but usually line is extremely long. Regular employees are way more courteous than the two managers I’ve seen there. Burlington needs to address the shortness of staff. That’s the only issue I see every burlington I go to..

So unfortunately I came in right after work. I found a cute jacket, proceeded to get in line to pay. Like was at least 25 people deep. When asked if another register could be opened, was told nicely, "no". There are just the two of us. I noticed what seem to be a mager with green hair just walk away afterlseeing the big line? What happened to customer service ? Will never come back.

I love shopping here , but last night looked like everyone called out. The lady at fitting rooms was rude and by the look of cashier at register 1, was as if she was smelling caca all day . If you hate your job then don’t take it out on people .

Truly a disorganized nightmare! It's filthy, stuff is thrown all over. This is the first time I've been there for many years and was very disappointed. I see people going in all the time but I'm not sure why. I went in looking for a couple of things. While I found almost what I wanted. The disorganization and just filthy look it had made me cringe and I walked out. I have no idea why it's still in business.

Went to Burlington to find little bits and pieces for my halloween costume. I found a very cool bedazzled women's top that worked well with my alien costume that I planned on wearing this year (to set the scene, I'm a 6'2 male).. After finding the top, I decided to take it on over to the fitting room to try it on. Once I got to the fitting room, an old Karen with blonde hair and an angry scowl angrily approaches me to assign me to a fitting room. I try it on, everything looks good, and I decide that I would like to purchase the top. After exiting the fitting room and making my way to the register, the angry Karen then decides to snatch the top out of my hand while then slamming it on the counter... I pause in confusion, blatantly staring at her wondering why she just did that... she looks back at me and asks " you're not taking it right?" I reply back to her " I was actually going to take it, can I have it back?!" She then hands it back to me reluctantly, sighs and rolls her eyes... Before this happened to me, I saw a similar incident happen with an Arabic lady who was also trying on a top. After she tried it on, she wanted to do some other shopping while debating on the top... Angry Karen snatched it out of her hand... It's disgusting how much you can smell the discrimination from this lady. The evil look in her eye is purely sinister. If you come to this particular Burlington, do everything you can to avoid this woman.. Karen's are scarily taking over this country...
