“The staff there often asks me if I need help finding anything. But I have the app on my phone to locate things to get me in and out quicker. Cell phone reception is good at the front but towards the back of the store is very inconsistent, so you'll have to move to the front of the store to get a clear reception.”
“very slow & poor customer service, u can’t never call in their phone. I send the email to ask them if they can send their product to dubai, they just reply once & then I ask another question & provided my address, hoping they could send the products to me, & they disappear. now I buy online & using another warehouse address in Delaware, after 8 days, still not coming, I send the email said I’m in a hurry, keep calling & send the email, no reply just no reply. very poor customer service!!!
Update: people have their eyes, I’ll upload the conversation we had, so people can judge by themselves, I’m tired of it, I ask u call me, but u wouldn’t. no words to say now, I’ll definitely not order anything & recommend it to any of my friends in the future.
Update: I think I need to explain here why I’m so angry, from first beginning I sent a email to ask them in a very polite way if they could send the products to dubai (I just bought a new apartment, it was an very pleasant thing until now, coz of this wall paints, delaying my plan for more 10 days now), then he just reply me once & then disappear, I send another email to his colleague, too. Also asking about the delivery thing, too. Same results, disappear. After 7 days, until I left a bad rating on google map, now Alex can reply my email more then 5 times a day, wow, what a miracle!!! if in the first beginning, you take this seriously, I would not have to do this. I’m not the first guy who said your customer service having problems! I ask u to call me, I would like to talk to u on phone to share my feeling & the problems on it, but you just not willing to. And your company phone number is a fake one, there’s always no one answering the phone.
In the future, if unfortunately any customers face any similar problems like me, just give them a bad rating, this is the only way they will take your question seriously!”
