Good selection of eccentric recycled fashion. Nice mixture of new/unworn and used donated clothes.

Can be hit or miss at this location as far as having good items, and also with the staff. I've had a range from a really awesome experience here with super helpful employees, and then had some not-so-helpful but not rude experiences as well. Just more quiet/ introvert type employees who weren't really helpful when I asked for assistance (like I had 10+ items in my hands that I planned to buy, but couldn't carry them anymore as I wanted to keep shopping, and the person at the counter was annoyed I wanted to have them held. I've also had an employee not put my items in the right place/ or indicate they are being held and all my things I planned to buy were put back while I was trying on other items in the fitting room. Such a drag! ?♀️) I live out of the area but come through here every few weeks and this location has decent enough buyers that I routinely make it a point to stop here. I've gone bananas and found $500+ of worthwhile items, and then sometimes don't find a single thing. I completely understand that that is the nature of this kind of store, however, and it's always fun to look.

I took 10 boxes of name brand clothes half of them had tags and never worn. These place is very picky they only purchased one item from me. The girls who go through the clothes are very young I don't think they know what seasonal fashion at all. This place is a scam and all of their clothes very overpriced. They definitely need new employees who are knowledgeable of brands and fashion. Most of the clothes that they have on the racks are outdated.

Very nice people pretty/good prices. I say they move pretty fast. And for sure I like them better.. like this one better than the one in Sherman Oaks.

I went in this past weekend to sell some clothes with my friend and the girl working with red hair buying for us was so incredibly sweet and made our experience so great!

DO NOT waste your time taking things in to sell. Apparently they have too much inventory. Or that's what the girl helping us said. Everything we took in was like new. Sweatshirts, Jeans, t-shirts. Everything was in better condition than what they had in the store. All the brands they sell. Obviously it's their prerogative to decide what they want. But, it made no sense and was a huge waste of time. Don't bother with this place.

So I went into the store today.. Horrible experience! First they advertise for anything you are about to present to be nice and clean yet when they packed my stuff they just stuffed all my stuff regarless if they knew i had my shoes seperated. Second, They pick and choose and I'm not talking about the clothes. I had named brand shoes. and clothing. New and used! They said they want cotton clothes...yet half of the stuff I took was cotton. FYI if your planning on selling anything send in your white friends I'm POSITIVE you'll sell a few things. Anyways I'm selling my stuff on letgo for really cheap. So check me out. Thank u in advance!

Solid finds here.
However, it gets one star because they are dishonest. I returned an item a few weeks ago and received a store gift card. When I tried to use it later, I was told that the gift card was not properly activated and that it would require upper management’s approval and permission to reactivate it. They said they needed the gift card so they kept it, but that I would receive a call. I later got a call from a manager telling me that my gift card was reactivated and I could pick it up. However, every time I go back and ask for my gift card the employees tell me they can’t find it and that I need to speak with the manager, who conveniently called me from a corporate number and I can’t reach him anymore. So yeah, they kept my money, the clothes, and my gift card.

I went here today they used to have cute items, but now all of their items are hideous. They only focus on a certain style, and I can never find anything when I go in here! There are some employees who are just blatantly rude. Don’t waste your time selling either!
One of the girls next to me that was selling her stuff told me they’re not gonna take any of your stuff even if it’s good and she told me that the only items she takes to them to sell are the items she bought from them. Sure enough they didn’t take any!!!! I had 3 bags full of great food condition clothes!

Brought brand new items and got good prices on them...in store credit (which they did not tell me in advance, and yes I told them I was a first time trader) otherwise the "money" quotes turns into basically nothing if u want cash. Brought 5-6 jeans in MINT condition + a Pair of brand brand name shoes (not the right size and it was a gift). My brother only wore a pair of pants once or twice and was quoted 15 for each + 30 for shoes. Thought it was nice until I said I didn't want $80+ in store credit and then prices changed. We walked out with less than $20. Biggest mistake ever. Either donate your clothes or try other places/websites. Brought other things that didn't get picked by cashier because of whatever reason. But then when you browse the store there are a large amount of items that are stained, ripped, worn out to the max etc. (Saw a white shirt with yellow stain, a jacket with a cigarette burn and shoes that basically had lost their shape due to thinning from all of their years of service lol) so idk where all the nice clothes people bring goes

If you’re looking to sell don’t come here. You’re better off giving your clothes to people in need. Me and my sister brought in two bags of clothes the majority of them untouched and brand new and all they took was a phone case and a tiny tank top. Their clothes are over priced for the conditions they are in.
They should do better

Not a good store to buy nor sell. Last week an employee "accidentally" threw away one of my items after I left the counter to receive my cash and when I went back she said it was accidentally thrown away.

I went shopping with my teenager who was able to find a unique outfit for winter formal (the mob wife trend was inspiration). If you don't mind spending a little time, you'll discover some real gems here.

Absolutely love this gem of a thrift store. So many good finds even for this 60 year old gal! The selection is large to most thrift shops I have visited in SoCal. My sister and I found mens flannels with store tags on them at a very good price. I found a very cute 90's Valentine's day cardigan and 2 bomber jackets. My sister found 2 bags worth of clothing and she was so happy we stopped in. We'll be back!

This place used to be amazing! The prices were just right. Five ish years ago, they really started racking up the prices unbelievably.. unless something is unused, or with original tags it should not cost more than 2/3 of the original price (and I'm talking high-end clothes, anyways). They have used American Eagle blank shirts there for $20? I don't even consider this place at thrift store anymore. Not to mention when you take your stuff to sell I would say they don't take more than 1/3 of your clothes and consider yourself lucky if they even take that much. I have brought Lululemon, Urban outfitters, Columbia, and sometimes they take my clothes and give me maybe $20. I would definitely say that most of the people who work here don't even know much about clothing prices in today's world. They should have educational training classes every month or at least every three months on new or trending brands that are big in style. I mean you're gonna tell me that my $98 Lululemon leggings in perfect condition are worth three dollars in return? I took slightly used Burton snowboarding boots, brand new snow, pants, and a great looking once used ripcurl wetsuit and they gave me $30 for all of it. I'll never be returning here for selling. I've given them several chances since I live in this area it's just more convenient. But I'm done, I drive to LA to the Melrose location now as the employees have more knowledge and have such a different attitude. Not to mention there's so much more to buy at a reasonable price-- it seems like a thrift store!
