I have to take the time to shout out my car angel Marco for all the support he gave me today. I just bought a new car yesterday and immediately the check engine light came on. I have been dealing with so many car issues recently and felt so overwhelmed that as Marco was explaining the repairs I needed, I fully broke down crying to him lol. He was so kind, checked on me multiple times while I was waiting, super rushed my repairs, and even got it done faster than the time he quoted me. Price wasn’t bad either. The owner Kevin was also so kind! Will definitely come back here for future repairs and appreciate their excellent service and compassion!

Good, honest service. You can rest easy they'll get it done the right way an give you the real options. --- Moreover: Some services may be more $ than you are used to if you've gone to a certain type of mechanic shops, but after seeing the itemized quote here, I question what kind of service I got at those other places. (sucks teeth)

I took my car in yesterday for an A1 service. That is: an oil change and potential tire rotation. My car has around 90k miles on it so when they called and let me know about the tire rotation that was needed I appreciated the communication. However, when they lifted my car they noticed it needed new air filters and the front brakes were old and needed to be replaced. They guy said he would send me pictures, but never sent me them. I feel like some car places can overcharge you and I'm not quite sure how I feel about this place. They were done rather quickly so I could use my car for the rest of the day so that was nice. The owner was also very personable and reminded me that I needed gas haha all in all, I would be willing to try this place out again, but I would appreciate that they keep their word if they say they are going to do something!

I asked if he worked on European cars, said NO! Can you give me a place you would recommend, The owner said he would recommend a place that had changed names 15 Years AGO. I don't think HE gives. S--t about any buddy. Do not recommend for a air filter change.

Buena Auto is Hands down THE BEST auto shop in all of Ventura county. Kevin the owner is the most honest and reliable mechanic I've ever dealt with out of the dozens of auto shops and mechanics. He's not only reliable and honest but his prices are they most reasonable out of any auto shop. If you have been looking for a HONEST auto shop, I highly recommend you go to Buena Auto.

Nervously called on a Monday with a scary oil leak. The shop took my car the same day, diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the same day. The repairs were extremely reasonable and the guys were all helpful and friendly. I will take my car here from now on. Thank you!!!!!

A little back ground, I was recommended coming to this shop a couple years back & have been coming ever since. Im a 26 year old female that couldn't even tell you where the engine is or how to check oil levels. Kevin & his team have done nothing short of go above & beyond through the many cars I've had. He guided me through car buying processes 2x & explain technical things to me even if it sounds like a different language. I could continue to write a novel, but my review...simply put is if you choose to support a local auto shop this is the place.

I hate that they are only open 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday but family comes first. Got it! This business was recommended to me and oh what a gem! I have taken my van and car there for second opinions on several occasions. They have saved me a grip of money that I did not need to spend nor have to waste! Thank you Kevin Course for treating your customers like family!
