I was shocked how amazing this rental car place was due to the fact it is so close to L.A. I don't run into many nice people inside business' here. The gentleman was helpful, polite, and easy to work with. Very simple transaction. Great car, easy drop off. Thumb????

I made my reservation months ahead just to get a call from this ghetto location the day before pick-up that they don't have the vehicle type I reserved. The rep with an Indian accent then offered me another vehicle which turned out to be a downgrade but kept the original reservation rate. This location sucks on customer service with a triple negative 1.

Beware of this place. The guy at the counter is rude and condescending. I extended my return time and the guy charged an additional fee. He also charged me a cleaning fee even though I returned the car very clean. I've rented cars from other Budget branches and other car rental places countless times, and never had an issue. I will never go back to this Budget branch.

I reserved a full size SUV from Avis at Hartsfield Jackson airport, Atlanta and paid in full upfront for the weekly rental. On arrival they did not have an equavilent vehicle and said tough. Did Not attempt to help me and they knew I had excess packages to transport. They gave me a small, cheap piece of crap and charged me $$1490.00 instead of the original $890.00. The employees were rude. I won't use Avis again. This was A lousy, miserable experience. Avis Does not honor its agreements so do not use them if you expect honesty. Roy Price

Very rude guy, didn't bother keeping to his guarantee. Instead of giving me the $40 rental that I needed to get to my flight, he said he doesn't have and next up would be $180. For one day. Was closing when we got there, didn't have any patience, didn't offer the Avis guarantee of getting me car at my rate.

Made a reservation because I needed to swap out of a vehicle with a tire that wouldn't hold air and with electrical problems. They were cool to make the reservation, but once they knew I was bringing in a trouble vehicle, suddenly there wasn't a single car available.The @sshole working there was completely unprofessional!

Customer service at its Finest!!My wife and I flew in to LAX for a California coast trip. We reserved a convertable but at the counter, I was told they had no car for us. We would have to settle for a hard top. I did not want to "settle" for anything. The clerk was very nice but still could not get us a car we wanted. We eventually had to settle for a Jeep soft top. It was old and dirty. It was a 2018 with 40, 000 miles. We were very disapponted. The next day my wife suggested with find a local Budget store and ask if we could exchange it for something else. Reluctantly, were went to the store located at 4227 E. Main St., in Ventura, CA. We met Manny Carranza at the desk. He was busy with two other customers. We waited just a short time. I explained our dilema but he had no cars at his location that suited our needs. He went out of his way to accomodate us. He located the exact car we were looking for at the neaby Oxnard airport. He told us to drive over and ask for "Bob". Bob got us the car were wanted and in no time at all. We were extremely pleased. We wanted to express our gratitude to Manny for saving our trip. In todays world of poor customer service, Manny restored our faith and we are now loyal Budget customers.

Terrible customer service. My daughter was in an accident, her car was totaled and she went to the hospital. Being in college she desperately needed a car. They misspelled her name, charged her card $600 and then refused to give her a car. Manny was an a**** Terrible, terrible. They are holding my daughter's money for 10 days. I pleaded for help, but he wouldn't budge. She still doesn't have a car. worst customer service ever. Manny should be ashamed of himself.

Unscheduled car rentals usually mean an accident or being stranded by Southwest Airlines. Meeting Manny refreshed our belief that customer service was still a priority. He's polite, friendly, focused, professional, and hopefully rewarded by Budget Car Rental. Other rental agencies are looking for people with his abilities! Thanks Manny

Absolutely the worst service ever. If I could give a negative number I would. 2 days before our vacation Manny ( supposedly the manager) called and said he needed proof my husband worked for apple to get the employee discount in the confirmation we received. We had no idea what he was talking about. My husband does not work for apple. Bringing up apple was just an excuse to get out of the reservation. He said then we can't give you the discount. I said so how much more would we have to pay he said it doesn't matter because we don't have a vehicle for you. They made up the apple employee excuse and then admitted they didn't have a vehicle for us. We are traveling with eight people and now they don't have a vehicle for us. No help, no offer of anything. Maybe two smaller vehicles. Nothing! I wonder if apple knows they are using them to get out of reservations. (Lawsuit?) Now how am I supposed to find a vehicle for 8 people 2 days before we leave and not pay more then what the vacation costs. I spent hours calling other places and nothing is available anywhere.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I showed up for a car rental reservation (I was about 10 minutes late) and I was informed that because I showed up late they rented my car out and I would have to wait at least an hour for another car. I love AVIS as a company, I've rented multiple times and I've never had such a bad experience, I will NEVER rent from this establishment again.
