This place is so high priced i would never purchase anything from them at all!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH SO IS THERE WET LUMBER THEY LEAVE AFTER THE RAIN TO SELL TO CUSTOMERS!??♂️Camarillo was ok the crew was kool until they change managers then things went downhill from there.I won't ever step foot they could give me a 200 dollar gift card and I'll take right to the Check Cashing spot next door and turn in for cash instead.?

The windows they provide are Trash and will get condensate between the panes during the first sign of cold weather. Despite numerous attempts of reglazing, they have only made things worse. BfS lack credibility or trust. They work directly with Taylor Morrison to decieve customers and homeowners. Instead of replacing the window that has rust in the metal interior frame, their employees attempted to clean the rust, a horrible job, and reglaze it. BFS attempted 3 reglaze and still didn't remove all the rust. They will do whatever they have to so they can keep their Taylor Morrison contract. When I finally forced TM to require replacement BFS hasn't been able to figure out how. Save yourself and make this your last source.

They still have very old computers we purchased wood for a new 3000 sq feet build and had constant receipt issues white each delivery! Will be looking for a new distributor on the next project.

No Bueno. I don't know why but Hayward Lumber provides better service. Should be similar considering they're competition. BMCs service is more tedious and complex. The purchase takes several what seems unnecessary steps to fullfill and so does resolving a problem. Bummer prices ar very similar to the competition but they lack better service. Specially that Mike guy. He seems to always wake up on the wrong side of bed.
