Billy is the best of the best! I am so grateful to have found Billy, every single time I have been to Billy it has been an unbelievable experience and I leave feeling so good about my hair. He is without a doubt the person I trust most with my hair, he has amazing vision and is so skilled and knowledgeable. I also have been using the Yamaguchi Nori shampoo and conditioner and I have seen a huge difference in the health of my hair. Thank you Billy for everything!!

This was much more of an experience than a typical hair appointment. In addition to being so talented, Billy is incredibly kind and thoughtful. He makes sure you feel seen and heard while he co-creates the look of your dreams. Not knowing what to expect, I was a little bit apprehensive since I actually wanted to keep my style and color very similar to what I currently had to still match my existing brand photos. He magically managed to do that while still creating something extra to make me feel spectacular. What a treat and top notch experience - thanks Billy!

Not color correction was needed, at all- (low lights that didn't happen) - went in to get shaped hair cut and got hacked- stop responding as if you don't know what happened- it insults us both.

I have been going to Billy Yamaguchi since 2005. He communicates extremely well with me to make sure I know what he is thinking and going to do. I have a ridiculous amount of hair, enough for two or more people and it’s very unmanageable. I leave feeling like 1 million bucks.
