Robin and JD are both so stand up and let me give you an example of what I mean
so I had a charger issue on my e-bike and once it was established that I actually had another charger although it was not mine it was my roommates, Robin said hey you know you don't have to buy this if you don't want
but the amount of time, and the professionalism that they put into it.... I wanted to make sure that they were compensated for that.
