Update: I tried posting this a year ago but for some reason google never made it public. As you can see in her reply, she’s really passive and unprofessional. I have screenshots and voicemails because she threatened to send the police to my address! The reason why I post is because I would hate for another bride to go through the same thing!
I got accused of stealing a dress. The irony is that Tracy convinced me to come back during their sale, which I would’ve that weekend if I wasn’t harassed. I just bought the same dress elsewhere. Texting me and leaving me voicemails instead of checking cameras. Maybe next time don’t abandon your clients during an appointment if you’re worried about us stealing. The dress was left on the rack in dressing room.

I had a wonderful experience trying to find my wedding dress at Bella Mucci. Tracey was prompt with communication and very friendly via phone, email and in-person. Brooke was my stylist and she was great! She really listened to what I like and didn't like about dresses I was trying on and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. I didn't end up finding my dress here (I tried on at least 10).However I wanted to leave a review because the experience was a good one! I would recommend checking out Bella Mucci for Ventura County brides.

I had such a great experience here! Tracey is amazing. She really goes above and beyond for anyone who walks into her store. She is very reliable and is always willing to help. I HIGHLY recommend getting your wedding dress here. The options are endless and beautiful!

My experience at Bella Mussi's shop was absolutely amazing. Tracy and Brook made me feel so taken care of and beautiful. They both had the most electric personalities full of life and love for what they do! They spent two and a half hours helping me find my perfect dress and vail. I adore them ! ?

I want to thank Tracy for the best wedding dress shopping experience. My wedding is just months away & she was able to order my dress quickly. Tracy took her time to understand exactly what I was looking for. The customer service is exceptional. I found my dream dress because of Tracy. Bella Mucci's Bridal Couture will go above and beyond and help find exactly what you are looking for. The prices are reasonable and all of the dresses are absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend going here to find your dress & bridesmaid dresses.

This was my third time going wedding dress shopping (first time at Bella Mucci though) -- I was a little discouraged from my previous searches elsewhere. But Tracey was very kind, knowledgeable, worked with my price range and made the experience fun for me and my family! I ended up finding the one :) I'm very happy to have found a dress that I love, and to have found it at a local business in my hometown. Thank you Tracey!

BEST PLACE EVER!!!! I absolutely loved my experience here! Impeccable service. So warm, accommodating, thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. If it weren’t for Tracey’s expertise, I wouldn’t have gone with the dress I ended up buying! My wedding is in 5 months and she immediately researched which dresses she had in stock that could be shipped to me on time and in my size. Down to every detail. I’m getting my dress in a month which seems like a miracle and it’s all thanks to Tracey! The shop is also gorgeous and gives you the full bridal feel as you try on gowns. Already looking forward to when I can come back to pick up my dress! Cannot say enough about this beautiful place and its people!!!!

This was my third and final stop for wedding dress shopping and my gosh I found the most perfect dress! The owner a Tracy and her assistant that just started today were sooo absolutely kind and patient! They really made the whole dress process so nice and easy and best of all we're such good support when I said yes to the dress! Absolutely would recommend for future brides!

Loved my experience at Bella Mucci's! Tracey was great and easy to work with to schedule the appointment. And Taylor was amazing as our attendant in the store! She was so sweet and helpful and not at all pushy. I didn't feel pressured to try or buy any dress. She listened to exactly what I wanted and let me take my time and revisit my favorites. It was my first time dress shopping so I'm so grateful they made it fun and easy! Can't recommend them enough

Being a new bride should be exciting, thrilling, and a happy moment. Tracey, the store manager did not make my newly engaged best friend feel that way. Tracey complained to me(maid of honor) and the brides mom for making an appointment for my engaged friend, saying she doesn't do these kinds of appointments, "if I knew I wouldn't have allowed this appointment." Tracey also did not make my engaged friend, her mother and myself feel welcomed to try on the style of dresses they have because "she doesn't know what she wants." (Tracey huffed and puffed in anger the entire appointment) We ended up feeling like we were a waste of her time, not welcomed and a burden. We will not return, but hopefully you have a better experience then my best friend and I.

Tracey was incredible! It was my first experience dress shopping, and she provided a very high standard. She knew which dresses to pick out and was very respectful of my choices. The first dress she had me try on was an immediate hit, and ultimately the one I chose. I highly recommend Bella Mucci!
