The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoy doing business with them in Ventura. I have purchased batteries at this location and have never been dissapointed.

Was told part was in stock, ready for pick-up. Not only was it NOT in stock, they ordered it to arrive from Wisconsin by ground. Nobody has a week to go wait for an automotive battery. Customer service reps informed me that there was no way they would've told me that my part was in stock.

Big fan of this chain. Was in Oxnard to clear out my late Grandfather in law's condo. Brought a gallon ziploc of old batteries here. They couldn't take them because of some new Ventura County law about recycling single use alkaline; but the cashier described in detail where the county dropoff was for such items. Good directions and 8 minutes later and the problem was solved. Thank you Batteries Plus. You've got me covered if I'm home in San Jose or out in the Ventura area.

I needed an iphone 8 battery replaced. Based on reviews I called Batteries Plus Bulbs. Erik told me I could come and get immediate service. He explained every step -- test the phone, one year warranty, and it would take 30-45 minutes. The procedure took about 35 minute and now it works perfectly, at 100% capacity. I couldn't be more pleased.
