The employee who assisted me was thorough through and through. Because of his over the top assistance I wound up spending more than I was intending to... he was that good. Helped me compare items, and make the best decision for my money. I will definitely be back again.

I have always loved this store especially since it's one of the only book stores left, and i have spent A LOT of money here. Today I was outside talking to one of the homeless men outside about his story because turns out he was a fireman for 20 years before becoming homeless. I went inside after only to have staff come up to me and say I'm not allowed to be in here. There is absolutely no logical explanation except for mistaken identity or just judging me based on the fact that I had been outside talking to one of the homeless in the area. Neither is an acceptable or legal reason and made me furious considering the amount of money I spend there. Now debating on whether its worth my time to take legal action since it won't cost money since i have attorneys in my family, I just can't get past the fact that being prejudice is wrong on so many levels, and I can't allow that to continue.
