This a convenient drive thru ATM definitely. The area can be a bit shady though so definitely be careful at night. I used this ATM last night and unfortunately it would allow me to access my savings account so that was a bummer. It’s a newer ATM with the contactless options. Area has good amount of lights which is nice. Drive through lane itself seems a bit tight so be cautious with larger vehicles, SUVs and trucks.

I am very disappointed in the manager at this BofA location, who was insensitive to a customer. The line was quite long due to there (at that moment) only being one teller. There was an elderly man who used a cane to walk and he was verbally unhappy with the wait. The customer was not in the right but he didn't deserve to be talked to the way he was. He was confronted by a lady with long blonde hair, wearing a dark suit who I believe was a manager. Instead of trying to de-escalate the small situation she did quite the opposite. She went straight to the low road without any compassion by telling him she would have to ask him to leave if he doesn't calm down. He asked her if she would help him. She told him "No, I can't help you. You will have to wait just like everyone else. Or you can use the ATM outside. It's easy. I can't help you because you have cash." Then she told him she can help him close his account. Is that the kind of representation you want regarding a frustrated customer? Shame on you blonde lady. No compassion at all. Just wait until you need some compassion... :-(

Bank of America has closed this bank and 4 other Bank of America branches in Ventura County where I live forcing its customers to drive all over the county looking for a bank that is open. Found one on Victoria Avenue, and there were already 50+++ customers in the line. The wait was 2 hours. I got a paper receipt that didn't even confirm the name on the account or the account #. I am really scared that the bank is going under and plans to take our money. Other National banks are equally shaky, and the branch manager refused to confirm the bank even plans to remain open. Good grief!!!!

Horrible customer service. Condescending, mean spirited assistant manager and employee Adrian. They just wanted to fill up their 'hour' for my appointment and they wasted my time. Went over to Wells Fargo and they took care of every wanted in less than 15. Cheerfully. Avoid at all costs

After waiting two months for the EDD to begin issuing my Unemployment Benefits, then an additional two weeks for BofA to mail me a debit card with which to access the funds, I drive to the bank for some much needed financial reinforcement only to find the branch closed at 4:00 "due to Covid." Seriously? Is anyone else operating under reduced hours for no justifiable reason at all at this point? BofA operates TWO branches of their bank in the city. Is there any other way of forcing more customers into your door in a lesser period of time than closing branches and cutting hours? I'm sure there's suit-clad some desk rider who gets a huge bonus each year for coming up with such boneheaded nonsense. I'm much looking forward to setting up direct transfers of my funds so that I won't ever have to step foot inside one of your banks again.
