Caleb and crew have done a consistently fine job getting and keeping our Subarus on the road, both for the expected maintenance and repair on older models and a mystery issue that required real sleuthing. One shudder at highway speeds for our mid-aughts Outback took a fair amount of trouble-shooting to dope out, and I appreciated the determination to fix it for good, not just have it running. Now my son takes his Subie to AWS, too, and the service continues to be prompt and thorough.

I have been servicing my cars to Caleb (AWS Automotive) for a very long time and Caleb and his staff are always so pleasant and helpful. One day my battery died, my car towed to Caleb shop and he take care of it with no issues. New staff Leana is so nice and helpful. Will stay with Caleb for a very long time. Thank you

First time at this place. Staff is friendly and accommodating. My car needed a replacement battery, just found out newer cars need a specially care since changing the battery can reset the computer.

Absolutely horrible. The guy at the counter is a condescending prick. I paid 175$ to find out why my battery is dying when I charge my cell phone once.
Mr smiley up front told me I can’t charge devices with the car off
and that’s why my battery is dying. I still have the exact same issue I paid to get
Fixed and they have my money.

Jason answered my call when I was looking for a place to fix two tires with nails and screws. He was very helpful and told me to come right in. The technician started working on my car right away. Great shop. Amazing service. My alternator died on the freeway and I got towed to AWS because everywhere else wouldn’t take me. Despite being completely busy AWS was able to take care of me in a pinch. Highly recommend
