I am very frustrated. After waiting a week with no communication and paying for rush shipping on my order I called the store. The girl said "Yeah we have it" didn't seem to care at all about my dissatisfaction. Originally the nice man who ordered my sidemirror had stated they install them. I find out now that they do NOT do installation and my sidemirror has just been sitting there, no call and no cares. THUMBS DOWN

I was helped by an older gentleman whom is closer to my age. I wasn’t sure where brake light bulbs were located . He took his time with me , told me how to install it and the cost was under ten dollars for a pack of two . Thank you for an easy going experience.

worst customer service, said it would be done by 12pm then I go and check and then 2pm still not done and I finally got my car back at 5pm. And they didn’t even put the spare back in the space where the spare goes in the car. My dad and I had to kept going back because they kept messing up or forgetting something, so infuriating.

Worst experiences here been to two in Ventura ca. One person working nonone knows how to get a battery. Paid +$200 for a battery and its dead doesn't work. Been waiting 2 hours at ine store and now who knows. Only 1 worker

I love Auto Zone. I am 71 and disabled, live alone, and they take care of me. Glad my income support girl told me they are Thompson Blvd. Just when I needed them so badly. There is another shop I use, but prefer AZ!

My Sister's Car Needed Oil And We Tried Finding A Oil Change Place But They Were Closed Until We Found This Place And The Lady That Helped Us Was Really Nice And Friendly She Had The Oil For The Car And The Car Was A 2018 BMW 330i And she told us that they had it and she came outside to help us and she was also really nice and said our car was beautiful. Would Recommend This Place!

Great customer service! Candy recommended a gas cap that locks and she personally checked to make sure it fit my car and showed me how to lock and unlock the cap. Now my gas is safe and secure.

My key fob for my car wasn’t working. I didn’t know if I just needed a new battery or another fob all together. I asked if there was a way to test the battery. He looked at me and laughed and asked me what do you want me to do? Lick the battery? I had kids I was tryna get to school and I had to go to work and I had a friend going out her way to try to help me get my car situation figured out before I had to go to work and the two guys that were there were super rude, unprofessional and made me feel completely uncomfortable.
