I really thought I could trust these people. I took my car in for a “tuneup”, and I got some spark plugs and a quart of oil for $300! They didn’t even check for existing problems outside of my tires. I’m done with them!

I had an external (visual) inspection of my engine & drive train, where Jason the owner personally gave me a guided tour when it was up on the lift, where he pointed out where any possible origins were for any oil leakage. He also took a series of photos of the problem areas and sent them to me for future reference. They gave me an estimate for a job that was very reasonable (compared to other shops in the area) and pointed out other things that we need to keep an eye on. The inspection itself was also reasonable and VERY thorough! Also they are very nice people to deal with all around.

Recently referred here for evaluation of AC system repair on an older van. They did a fantastic job to get it up and running with no hassles. At least they never complained if they did have a problem, they just fixed it and stuck to their agreement!So... I also had some other minor work done here feeling comfortable with the way they do business. Estimated time frames are respected and good communication. Quality work, clean environment, and RELIABLE. Check them out before you go anywhere else.

This is a pretty simple review. I went to these guys after a recommendation. Only because I had and was not aware of where else to go. I had a very bad smog situation. After $1500.00 my engine light was off, but countless times dealing with Shelby there the manager was trying to give me hope, to get me past smog it was not working. so with all the repairs they did and after all the bull shit of Shelby, and letting me know he was a Christian and he cared, he did not. His words mean nothing. And completely and totally overpriced. I then went somewhere else and they took care of me. I will never ever go back to this sad and overpriced place again. And please do NOT go see them, they will probably rip you off too. And btw the other place was Rauls. in Santa Paula. GREAT place.

Our highlander was running rough and numerous warning lights were appearing. We were able to leave the car overnight.
