This has been the best experience ever for an oil change! You drive up, they direct you in, ask you all the important questions, very friendly, and you sit in your car while they change the oil! They adored up my tires, changed my windshield wipers on my request. They are safety minded. Super quick, professional, great experience! This is my second time with these guys. Beware do not go if your skin tone is not white. Stood there patiently waiting my turn, when 10 minutes after I arrived two white women show up and are helped before me! Employee knew I was still waiting since he not only acknowledged my presence when I first walked in but then even walked passed me after he decided to help one of the two women who came in way after me first. I still patiently waited thinking he overlooked me then after helping a customer who was waiting for work to be completed proceeded to help the second women who came in after me. I was fuming at this point and instead of making a scene which I wished I had, I just left disgusted. Not impressed with their complete lack of proper and professional service. Made me feel discriminated against and that my $$$$ was not welcomed. Just think we were planning on replacing 4 large truck tires plus an alignment.

I have a 2015 Mazda 3, and since the Mazda dealership in the auto mall disappeared, this is a great choice for service. They are friendly and efficient, and thoroughly check all systems. Yes, they try and upsell you, but that's normal. If you don't want the extra item/service they're offering then just say no thanks. The servicemen communicate well with each other and work safe. An overall excellent experience.

I always get great service from these guys. I bring both mine and my wife's vehicles here. All the staff is very courteous and helpful. Only place we'll come for the type of services they do.

They no longer change oil for Land Rovers. It's a liability issue they say. They don't advertise that. I wonder what other vehicles they don't do oil changes on.

Thank you Tina and Tony for reaching out to me. I did take you up on your offer to contact Manager Tony and there was no bones about it....you both made the effort to make me happy. I had to go back two more times, however Tony could not have tried harder to correct the leak issue. He, as all the fellows at Valvoline were courteous and concerned to solve the issue. He said I had an oversized plug in the oil pan and even though they didn't have a replacement he did not quit on this until the leak was resolved. After the third visit Tony felt as though he had found the answer and he did. It doesn't leak one drop and I have watched it for two days. Thank you once again for not giving up on my issue. Tony is truly a great manager!

Only place I get my oil changes! Amazing and friendly staff (specially LUIS & ANDREW, they work very well together and are an awesome duo.) They're always fast, friendly and answer any and all questions I have about my car and the services needed. I am very pleased by the services provided. I live closer to the Camarillo location but I prefer this one and don't mind the drive.

Great place for convenience and friendly service. Price is a bit high compared to the dealership (huge shocker), but I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes without leaving my car.
