Dustin is the man, he's very polite and easy going. Great communication and answered all the questions that we had. The service goes beyond "just getting the sale" you can tell he's proud of his business and doesn't want to be like every other shop and it shows!He helped my wife and I tint our Mach-E to match the factory tint it comes with. Also helped us install two screen protectors. It came out great and just in time for our anniversary trip to Disneyland. The snacks are great and fully stocked. All around it was a pleasure doing business with Dustin and his team and will we definitely use them in the future and recommend them to all of our friends and family. Thank you!

Horrible customer service.I called the shop, spoke with Martin, and he promised he could do the work on my truck which was installing some lights. He quoted me $350-400. I thought it was reasonable. I showed up and after waiting forever, Martin said the new quote would be $1200 for the same job. He offered a discount for $1000. He said take it or leave it. I left pretty upset. Awesome work and such GREAT Customer Service. I highly recommend them. I had called and spoke to Dustin, who got me in the next morning. Others said a week or 2. Next morning came, and was cheerfully welcomed by Martin who had the greatest personality. Friendly and had that upbeat personality vibe. Had a very excellent customer service experience that I havent had in a long time.He's very knowledgeable in this business and easy to talk to. The very best customer service I’ve ever received. Had an issue with my backup camera, fixed it on the spot for free no issues or questions. They call me regularly to check in on the status of my install. Can’t recommend them enough.

I have to give this company 5 stars although I did not have work done with them. I wanted to get Car Play installed in my older car and they checked it out and did not recommend it for my model since my system would not allow for great connectivity. They could have just taken my money and put something in that would not work great, but instead, they were straight with me. I will go there for any future projects I need.
