Allstate packed our household goods and stored them for a year. I am very particular about documentation and proper packing. The team was incredibly patient with me during the pack-out process and they were extra thorough in packaging and labeling everything. High-end tools, silverware, and family heirlooms were well packed and returned free of any damage or theft. Jessica was responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the year-long process. I would trust them again with our move if it were necessary.

The movers were very professional. They came on time, they were efficient and were careful with all the furnishings. JC, Ryan and Rachel worked together and they didn't stop until it was all done. I will go back to them when I need this service again. JC is a great organizer and had clearly worked a few years doing this. We were very pleased with this service. The company was very helpful and proactive in getting my household goods shipped to me. The movers were also very courteous and friendly. They handled all my items with care while unpacking them. I would definitely recommend them.

Hire this moving company! From the estimate to scheduling to the actual packing and moving, this mover is hands down the best I have ever encountered. Jeff was thorough when looking at what was to be moved. Jessica was great when scheduling and answering general questions about the move. Randy packed the things we did not pack ourselves and did a great job, he also planned logistics for the move day the next day. All of the movers arrived on time, were professional and worked together as a team. They were all calm, pleasant and very knowledgeable about moving large, heavy and awkward pieces. We had many high value, heavy pieces and they were handled carefully. We highly recommend them for a local or long distance move. And moving during the COVID19 situation, they all wore masks and were very attentive to health protocols regarding the virus. Very impressive team. Thanks for such a great job.

Good news: our stuff arrived at TEN days, despite promises there were multiple drivers on standby to take our load. Most of it arrived safely. Most, not all. That's it. Bad news: It was a debacle from the start. Salesman guarantees "we will help you pack, we move 90 yeAr olds safely!!" He never showed his face again, a shame as 6 movers running around packing and loading boxes is insanity. They won't use your boxes. We paid to have EMPTY, FLAT boxes and dish pack inserts (they used NO INSERTS) as we will have a local move in 8 months so need non-returnable, new boxes. They use a technique that is sketchy, packing their expensive boxes full of their expensive packing paper, all for one small item (small tin salt shaker in a huge box)..there's LOTS of that. We could e had 100 boxes for small apartment...we packed 50. They ran up 300 BOXES!!! Cha-Ching!!! Broken items. Smashed items. Ruined clothes they packed. Ruined furniture. There is a romance between the woman in the office and a packer/mover that complicated things. This is not the way to do business, although better than Mayflower. Pay the $$ and use a smaller company that moves you from beginning to end. These jerks DO NOT CARE. Expected generous tips. Lied. Had guys at origination who were completely unsupervised. It made a big move into a big mess. We will update this when our claim is completed and see how the manage compensation for the numerous damages. Not to mention the excessive boxes, packing materials at a huge cost. For now, stay away from Allstate in Ventura County. I will modify this if they step up and fix the losses we incurred, but they're not going to refund the excessive charges for overstuffed boxes!! BBB, NTSB, etc will be notified of these practices.

I moved my elderly father in-law to a assisted leaving facility (on Oct 24th) and this company was recommended by somebody at this place. What a pleasant experience! A guy went to the house first to make an estimate. I did all the packing (boxes) my self, they offered the service, I just wanted to know where everything was packed so I just did it. Including driving time to his house/and the assisted living facility and loading and loading the truck was 4 hours, they estimated 7.5 hours, so it cost me half of the price the originally told me... that was awesome! They were 3 guys helping with the move, Miguel, Randy and Brenner, very professional, nice aptitude, organized and were treating all the boxes and furniture with care. I highly recommend this company and the 3 guys that help me with the move.

After receiving quotes from four different carriers, we selected Allstate Moving Systems for our full service move from California to Nevada. Stuart Siegel visited our home and made careful observations, asked questions about high value or fragile items, and was transparent about the estimate and schedule. On packing day, Randy and Brent ensured that all our household goods were properly wrapped and boxed. The next morning, Arnaldo, Angel, and Victor cheerfully negotiated our belongings through narrow spaces and stairs with considerable skill and speed onto the moving van. Our protected furnishings were completed loaded in just 4 hours. A week later, Brandon and Daniel delivered our household goods. They heroically lifted a large piece of furniture across a lawn and over a wall to prevent any damage to walls and doors. We even shared a laugh as they pieced together a puzzling entertainment unit with online instructions from our laptop computer. Brandon and Daniel made sure that all our furniture was assembled and in place, that boxes were stacked where we wanted, and all debris was cleared and loaded onto their truck. Our experience with Allstate Moving Systems, from the reasonable price to the friendly and professional staff, far exceeded our expectations.

We were moving from the West Coast to the East Coast. The initial consultation and pre-move went very smoothly. The actual move was a disaster. The move lasted one day longer than quoted, as a result we had to incur additional personal costs and personal hardship. When I spoke to the representatives during and after the move, the customer service support was less than poor. I paid a high premium with this company, thinking I would get superior service. But in the end, the move was near catastrophe.
