I had a good experience with Toni Nicholson and this escrow company. Not sure why they get such bad reviews. They always where professional and would return emails and phone call in a reasonable time.

Horrible service! They are incompetent as they come. Do NOT waste your time or money with these "professionals". It's been a horrible experience and I only have a liquor license in escrow.

The worst experience I have ever had with an escrow company. They don’t reply to emails. Rude at signing. It feels like they are bothered by the fact there is work to be done. Two weeks behind on this transaction and still no reply’s when we email them. Save your headaches and find a professional company to work with !!!

This is a scam of a business all they care about are the real estate agents that recommend them, they have no concern for the people that actually pay their fees.I strongly urge anyone to use any other escrow company if at all possible. Aliso Escrow also bait and switches at the last second after the client has no alternative to switch companies. You are warned.
