The team at advantage telecom is exceptional. SunRun. Was helpful and knowledgeable. She helped with the entire process from sign up to install. The wifi signal has been stellar by for my small home based business. It’s a HUGE improvement from dealing with Spectrum. I highly recommend Advantage Telecom for your home office needs.

Advantage has been disadvantage to our business. When pursuing our business lots of promises that have been left unfulfilled. Everything was late, and installers were unprofessional. Be careful with these people they are not reliable and combine poor service with terrible communication. The next time they take responsibility for their mistakes will be the first.o

At The HR Firm, Advantage Telecom has been our preferred internet and phone service provider for over 5 years now. The quality of their service and the professionalism of their crew is fantastic. Advantage Telecom is always FAST to respond to service requests and when you call you always are greeted by a bright cheery person and not a computer generated voice. We highly recommend Advantage Telecom if you want the most from your internet or phone service!

We've had Advantage Telecom for over a year now and its been nothing but a positive experience. They are all extremely pleasant to work with, from their salesman Steve, to their technician Paul, and to their support staff, Tiffany, Autumn, Christophe and Carli. They are all very friendly and personable. They know what they are doing and if you need something, they get it done quickly and with a good attitude. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend. They have made managing our phone and internet service across our 3 locations a breeze. Cant recommend enough!

Advantage Telecom is by far the best in the industry, the tech support and customer service is excellent, any time I need a change made or assistance with anything technical they are on it right away. If you are thinking about going to VOIP I would not look any further Advantage is the company. I have 2 shops and they both utilize Advantage Telecom. One more major thing is that they have saved me hundreds of dollars with our phone and internet systems.Jim Marko

I just started using Advantage and it is way better customer service that I had before with 8 x 8. They were able to keep all the same phones and quickly change. They are quick to respond with any issue that might come up. I would suggest them for any phone and internet! Autumn helped with the whole process!

We just got new business phones from Advantage Telecom. It was as smooth as possible transition from the old style phone system to new. No loss of service in the transfer. The new phones and the features they have are fantastic. The crew was great and I was shocked at how well it went. Nothing like some of the horror stories I've heard from others using AT\\u0026T and the large companies. Competent, quality local service and support is the best in my book. If you want better than what you have now I would definitely give these guys a call.

I just purchased a new home from Advantage Homes in Ventura. I am extremely pleased with the service I got from Paul and Beth. The transaction went very smoothly and everything was just as promised. I've lived here a week now and the few minor defects were repaired in a timely and professional manner. The quality and finish of my new home is even better than I expected. Our small business started out with Verizon, I can't tell you what a mistake that was. Not only was the internet terrible but the Customer Service was absent. We decided to try Advantage back in 2017 and NEVER looked back. The wireless is great and the best part of it all is that their staff actually knows what Customer Service is! They pick up the phone, answer emails, and go out of their way to provide you with assistance and a solution. THANK YOU ADVANTAGE STAFF!
