WOW WOW WOW WOW! Darin and Sebastian did the most amazing job with my lease. From start to finish excellent customer service the second I drove onto the lot I was greeted and treated like I was a valued customer and not like another check. Sebastian let me check out all the vehicles I wanted without being pushy and standing over my shoulder while effectively answering all my questions I had before purchasing my 2024. Mr. DARIN came over to the desk introduced himself and took the time to speak with my husband and I. He was the first owner operator I had ever met in a dealership and it was a pleasure! He had us in and out of the dealership in no time it was by far impressive. These guys are a great duo and definitely give you the family feel the whole time!

I bought two Acuras here since 2005. That's how reliable and wonderful the performance and longevity of these vehicles are. I had a TL now a TLX. While my friend struggles with maintenance issues with her new Mercedes Benz, my 2021 Acura TLX is purring like a kitten. Now for the Service Department review. I NEVER EVER take my car anywhere else for service. They all treat you with kid gloves and are honest, fair, and fast! I live 30 miles away so can't pop in for questions but when I call with a support question they act as if I'm there in person. Randy just helped me with a question I had... I pressed the wrong button and messed up a setting. He patiently looked it up in the Owner's Manual as it's overwhelming for this 73 year old lady. He walked me through and fixed it really fast. I don't know any service departments or individuals that would do that! It's difficult for many women to feel respected in the automotive world but Randy and the team at Gold Coast Acura go above and beyond for their customers--male and female. I am so grateful and will never go anywhere else to buy or service my cars.

I bought a new MDX in December of 2022 and that experience was smooth. Today, I just had it serviced for the first oil change and again the experience was very pleasant. Rocket, their service department manager, booked my appointment the day before and took my car in when I arrived this morning. He had the car done quickly while I waited and help removed a small nail/object from a rear tire after I mentioned it. I really liked his demeanor in the way he listened and addressed my questions with great understanding. I did ask to have tire pressure set to 35 psi but they were 31 when pulled out of there. I didn't go back to have those adjusted as I had a work meeting to which I had to rush. The technician might have overlooked it while trying to get the tiny nail removed and get my car ready to go, which I appreciated very much. All in all, everyone I've interacted with there seems to work well together, gave their best and took care of their customers like a family.

Ryan Brack since he saw us he was very polite ,friendly and helpful.very patience explained all the details about the car.thanks to him and the manager Sebastian..we got our new camaro car.i will recommend Gold Coast Acura dealer.the best place to get a new car.now very happy going home with my wife and my new car.

Sadly, I had the worst experience with shopping for Acura ever. I've owned Acura's for over 20 years. I always recommended Acura to all of my friends for 2 reasons: 1. Amazing re-sale value and reliability; 2. Highest customer service with respect. Last weekend I went to Gold Coast to purchase a new car. I knew the model I wanted, did my research and test drove the car. The sales person who did the test drive was sweet and knowledgeable. She's the reason I'm giving them 1 start. I knew what I wanted to pay for the car and how much my trade in was worth (I priced it out in Carmax). I asked to see the manager after the test drive to avoid running back and forth game. The manager turned out to be a shouvinistic condescending prick. He questioned me about the quote from CarMax twice (even though I told him off the bat that I received the quote in person). He gave us the final price on the vehicle 3K more than we received via email communication with another "sales manager" from this dealership. And when we attempted to negotiate, he responded with, "Maybe we should look for something more up our alley - something cheaper and more affordable." That was his negotiation technique. When he saw that I felt insulted, instead of apologizing, he started to mumble something about me misunderstanding him and that they are a "family business that doesn't negotiate to make it easier on a customer ". Needless to say- I walked out. Then I drove to Swickard Acura in TO and got myself a 2023 RDX with tech package. At the price I wanted. Aaron (sales person) and Beshoy (sales manager) gave me the outstanding customer service I'm used to from Acura. They went above and beyond! My next review is for them. Go to TO Swickard Acura if you want a good new car shopping experience, free of disrespect and condescension. Avoid Gold Coast Acura!

My car was damaged last Saturday driving on the 101 on the way to a game at SOFI Stadium. I called Gold Coast and Reyna told us to bring the car in. She had all the paperwork done and had us back on the road with a loaner car within 45 minutes. She offered us amazing customer service and great communication the entire time my car was there. Just picked it up today and everything is working great. Highly recommend this service team!!!

I came from LA to Ventura by train and purchased a used 2001 Lexus LS 430 from GC Acura's "Under 12k" inventory in April 2023. Francisco, my salesperson, arranged for me to be picked up by a porter at the train station prior to purchasing the vehicle. When I arrived, the car was pretty dirty inside, the leather center console was torn, and one wheel was missing a center cap for the hubcap. The car ran well. After some negotiations with Francisco, he brought in Kyle, the sales manager. Kyle and I agreed on a price as long as he would replace the hub cap and replace the lid for the center console. They put it in the contract and I bought the vehicle. They detailed and washed the car and gave me a fresh oil change. I was also given 2 additional free oil changes. A month after the purchase, I received an aftermarket replacement for the lid and the hubcap. The hubcap fit, but the lid was the wrong model. The correct lid was on backorder. Kyle, the SM, agreed to let me take my car to a local auto upholstery shop and have the cover re-done professionally. The dealership paid for everything, and the car looks great. The bottom line is that this place honors their word and follows through for their customers, even on smaller deals. I have had similar experience with Skip in their service department on my old 2006 Acura MDX. Always friendly and helpful, I will continue buying cars from this dealership. Highly recommend Francisco in sales, Kyle the SM, Skip in service, Steve in Parts, and Mike in finance. Darren, the owner, is very helpful as well. As with any dealership, stick to your guns, and these guys will treat you right at the EOD.

Shout out to the folks at Gold Coast Acura, I was in the market for an MDX. Luckily for me my searched lead me here 350 miles away. I contacted them on Friday to see if the vehicle was available and they promptly responded back to me and verified it was. I ended up coming here all the way from the Bay Area. The team of Ryan, Kyle, Gio we're all very helpful and straight forward and gave me a great deal. They have the best prices within a 500 mile radius. Ended up driving away in my new vehicle shortly after. I enjoyed the drive back home with the SH-AWD drives amazing . I even saw they have the new integra in there show room, beautiful car. Thank you guys again

Posted prices make it seem like a fair deal but sales dept. uses sneaky sales tactics. Car defects were disguised. I'll drive to Thousand Oaks for any Acura service.

We shopped for an Acura RDX online for a couple of months. We happened upon this dealership on the way to Ocean Honda. We scoured the lot, to find a brand new used RDX getting primed for sale. Angel, our sales agent, gave us a test drive and a thorough overview of the vehicle. My wife and I met the dealership owner, his son, and another manager. They all seemed very nice and congenial. We conveyed our interest in the SUV and then returned the next day to negotiate. Although this is not a "sticker-no-negotiation organization," we did not feel a lot of pressure. We were a bit surprised at the manager-coming-in-after-the-salesman approach as this seemed very old school. Let the salesperson make the deal, my goodness. At the end of the day, we purchased the RDX and after a couple of days are very satisfied with the process. I recommend this dealership as they seem authentic, with integrity, and competitive, even if a bit old-school.

This is my first car and the team at Gold Coast Acura definitely made this experience nice and smooth. Sebastian Benitez and Darin Glinski really assisted and explained all parameters of purchasing a car and owning it. I would recommend coming to this dealership to any friend, family member, or stranger for sure as the service is just that great. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and experience at this dealership.

On 12/19/2022 I wrote a 5 start review on Gold Coast Acura. I regret to inform the consumer of the poor and frustrating customer service I received from this dealership. I purchased an extended warranty when I bought my 2020 Acura RDX which by contract the buyer may cancel the warranty within a 30 day window. After thoroughly reviewing the terms of the contract, it was clear this was a complete waste of money spent. A long story short I had to make many calls and write several emails to the dealer and the warranty company in an effort to cancel this contract. ( the contract states the dealer has to also reach out to the warranty company to confirm of cancelation ) I was bounced back and forth ... the amount of time I had to spend on this was extremely time consuming. In the beginning I wanted to support a car dealership here in Ventura County. I thought it would be a benefit for my family to deal with a local company when we needed service. Unfortunately this was not my experience with Gold Coast Acura.

Not sure how to give 0 stars. Inquired about a new TLX Type S. Spoke to Jessica one of the Directors. She let me know the car was in stock and they'd be happy to help me. She handed me off to Francisco who sent an email and 2 texts confirming my appt. "I'll have it pulled out and waiting for you." Confirmed my appt day of with a pre approval in hand, a ride so I could drive my new car home that day and a text saying we were all " good to go." I arrived to find out Francisco was on vacation and the TLX wasn't even on the lot. Was " in transit" , when I asked why I was told the car was here and given an appointment to test drive a car not there , the answer was " he wants to sell a car." The only help and info I got was from a young lady caught in the middle while a man I assume was a sales manager watched through the window. Impressive that in this economy gold coast doesn't need to sell a top Acura model with a considerable mark up. There is a happy ending though , I drove 30 miles down the 101 and bought a brand new Type S same day at SWICKWARD ACURA T.O. Unbelievable sales team and awesome dealership! Thanks to Brian and Babak! Only Acura dealer in Ventura county worth a visit. So in reality I guess I owe gold coast a thank you for introducing me to SWICKARD!
