I remember now why I do not come to this gas station. I suggest you do the same and go elsewhere or across the street. Although I've always been told 76 is "good gas", they're pumps and employees are not so much. I believe this also refers to the rocket convenience store located inside? Anyway, I pulled into pump 5 and went inside to pay for my gas. once I get to the front and state my order they inform me that they have no change to give. I said you don't have twenty or thirty dollars in change in which she replied no. So I proceed to go back outside to pay with my credit card but of course pump 5 the screen is half black half read with an error code. I then proceed to pull up to the pump in front of that. My debit card works (yes!) However, once you begin to try to pump the gas, nothing is coming out. You can feel the place where you put your fingers to pull the pump is very loose as if it's broken. I go back inside to explain that the pump is not working , and they tell me that a sale is already in process, and I said yes my sale im on the pump but the gas is not pumping? They both give each other a look, but one of them decides to come outside to inspect. When I show her, I don't really get much of a response so that is when I say OK.... I'll pull up to another pump. Of course, when I process my debit card, it says to see cashier. I then go back inside to let them know that the credit card machine is acting up and to process my transaction inside. The response I received is that no everything is working just fine.... The one actually ringing me up then proceeds to ignore me and goes and rings up somebody else while my card is still in their debit machine. At that point I could tell that they had been whispering about me and probably thinking that I am a Karen but as you can see per all my previous reviews I definitely do not complain and I usually say very good things about businesses but this just rubbed me the wrong way.. I don't know if it's this younger generation but it needs to be understood that I am a customer paying for a service and if you're credit card machines are not working, or you have no cash/change to give to customers, then there should be a sign stating so. If the pump itself is not working, there should be caution tape on it saying out of service. With that response of everything is working... i mean, really? If everything was working correctly, then why would I need to change pumps twice.

Almost got attacked by an eagle but thankfully I made it out of there quick. Normal gas station but don’t eat the cherries they put on the shakes at Jack in the box. ???

I got gas at this station because it is close to where I live. I pushed 87 grade but after I was finished filling up it was 91 grade. I know I pushed 87 grade because I made a mental note of what I was doing. I complained but nothing was done for me. Is this what you do to your customers? I pressed the button for a receipt, no receipt. Two hours later I got a fraud alert on my account. I suggest not going to this location.

When I’m On the east end of Ventura I been going here lately. Gas prices here have been reasonable considering the recent prices. They also give you lower prices if You use a debit card or cash. Staff aren’t the nicest here but for gas and snacks it’s decent. Area can be a bit dirty with randoms around too. Station has a good amount of pumps too.

Have to change my likes, We have been stopping at the 76 for about 10 to 20 years. Never had a problem until this past week wouldn't accept credit cards outside at the pumps so had to go inside and the attendant took our cards out of sight and came back with our cards, didn't think about a problem... next day we get fraud ALERTS that somebody tried using our credit cards somewhere else not cool. Do not go to the 76...???
