Got my ARB portable air compressor, Warn zeon winch and two rotopax gas containers through 4WP at the Ventura location. I worked with Felipe each time and this dude was able to get me maximum discounts possible, usually involving a phone call to an off site manager person but he always came back with good news. For anyone reading this review, GO IN PERSON and see what they can do for you. Also I'm pretty sure they'll price match. Highly recommend this place.

Felipe and the guys over at 4 Wheel parts were outstanding! They helped me out with my truck on 2 different occasions. First time was for my suspension and the second time was to install my after market headlights and tail lights. These guys are super knowledgable and go above and beyond for customers, they saw a couple quick fixes that needed to be done while working on my truck and just did it. No extra charges no extra fees, these guys are legit.

I was looking for AMP Research Powersteps for my Suburban..I called 4WP and spoke to Felipe. Felipe took charge and researched the correct Powersteps for my Suburban. Felipe ordered the Powersteps by AMP Research. It only took two days for the Powersteps to arrive. To schedule my installation was easy the next day. I dropped off Suburban and was completed the same day.When I picked up the Suburban, Felipe walked me through the functions of the Powersteps. The installation was clean and professional. Great experience and great prices. All questions were answered and the job was done well. 4WP has great staff front and back. Needed 2 tires and both came in earlier than expected. Felipe took the time to go over the prices and option with me. Definitely will be a returning and know who to ask for.

Great place for off road parts and service. Prices are extremely reasonable The guys at the front desk are always helpful, patient, and courteous. Especially true with Felipe who is outstanding and helped me out a bunch earlier today. Will definitely be back.

Customer service was excellent and Felipe was very helpful. He even went as far as to give me a courtesy call the day before my order was scheduled to arrive as it was going to arrive on his day off. This was my first time shopping at this particular location but I will definitely be returning.

Finally decided to pull the trigger on my build and man am I glad I trusted these guys to take care of me. I LOVE how my truck turned out!!I was never short on questions and they were always ready to walk and talk me through the process. Even with my last minute change when dropping off my truck, they went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and still managed to maintain the original timeline they promised. I will definitely be doing business at this location again.

I cannot recommend 4WP enough. My experience was amazing from purchasing to installation. Felipe helped me chose the right products to order and then called me two days later to set up an appointment for installation. In 4 days I had new wheels and tires on with no hassle. During installation, the staff ran into a locked lug nut but Felipe and Scott were helpful and had a solution. Prices match the online prices of other retailers and workers are honest and helpful!!
