After getting 3 estimates, I chose to go to 24/6 Collision for multiple reasons. 1- They were very helpful and agreed to take me home when I dropped off the car and then pick me up at home when it was done. 2- They projected that the work would take 3 days. I allowed them 4 days, but it ended up taking only 2 1/2 days. 3- Their estimate (and final charge) was $500 less than either of the other 2 estimates I had gotten!!! I am very happy with the completed work and would recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with friendly, professional, helpful people for a great auto repair job at a very fair price.

Just got my classic car back from 24/6 Collision. From start to finish, the customer service, communication, estimate, and final cost was absolutely the best. No hidden charges or cost for my estimate. Charges for additional work that I requested after the job was started were extremely reasonable.I’m a cranky old man who is very particular about my cars so I closely observed the work done on my car. I have worked on, rebuilt, re-engineered, and painted many different cars. The technicians allowed me to monitor the preparation and painting of my car whenever I would stop by. These guys do it right! Their workmanship and quality cannot be beat. They aren’t happy unless the customer is satisfied. The work was completed quickly, but not rushed.Full disclosure… I am not associated with 24/6 Collision in any way. I did not even know they existed until I started searching for a legit body shop several months ago. I received no special deals from them… just incredible quality and integrity that I didn’t think existed anymore. I just wish I could give them more than 5 stars on this review.Services: Painting

Astoundingly Disappointing and Unprofessional ServiceAfter a disappointing experience with 24/6 Auto Collision Repair, I feel compelled to share my experience. It began when my calls were consistently left unanswered - an indication of the level of customer service I was about to encounter.Upon my arrival for a quote, I was blindsided with a $100 charge just for the privilege of an estimate. This was not disclosed upfront and left me feeling deceived. Furthermore, the representative's apparent lack of knowledge and expertise in the field cast a shadow of doubt over the entire operation.It's one thing to be incompetent, but it's another thing entirely to couple it with a discourteous demeanor. The blatant rudeness exhibited by the staff was the final nail in the coffin. I believe basic respect and professionalism are the foundations of any service-based business and it was apparent that these fundamentals were absent here.I would strongly advise anyone in need of auto collision repair services to look elsewhere. For a vastly superior customer experience, consider visiting Ventura Collision Center or Collision Clinic.In stark contrast to 24/6 Auto Collision Repair, these establishments have exhibited true professionalism, excellent service, and deep knowledge in their craft. Save yourself the frustration and avoid the unprofessionalism at 24/6 Auto Collision Repair.

Took my car to Nahum for a car accident I was recently involved in, I didn’t know where to start as far as opening up an insurance claim and calling for a tow truck but Nayeli made the process very simple for me by calling a tow truck and handling the rest for me. Nahum and Nayeli explained the process to me throughly, gave me regular updates and even detailed my car when it was time to pick up. 10/10 service.

Highly recommend this place for auto repair. We were in a car accident and needed the damage to our car to get fixed. The owner, Nahum, was very responsive and professional. I had taken one of my delivery vans, a low top Ford Transit van, after it had gotten backed into causing a lot of side panel damage. They gave me a quick estimate and worked out the details with my insurance. Unfortunately the side panel they needed was on back order which took longer than normal but was completely out of their control. The office staff gave me frequent updates on the status of my van and did everything they could to get my van fixed as soon as possible. They even fixed a little dent on the back door that the insurance did not cover. They did a great job fixing everything and even had the van washed. It looked like a brand new van when they finished. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them.Service: Body & Trim

I was sideswiped on Valentine's Day in my 1992 BMW. My car is very sentimental to me as it is the last link to my childhood best friend.The whole 24/6 crew understood my connection to my car and restored it to an even prettier state. They took my car looking like a junk . The owner was so helpful and understanding. He walked me thru all the process also her daughter Nayeli omg she was awesome I’m so thankful with both of them she help me with my car rental . She was literally doing all the job i don’t had to worry about anything, she was calling me to give me updates about the insurance and all of that stuff .At the end when they show me my car i was so impressed with their beautiful job ??? and in love with my new car . Got a lot of complements on it .It took some time to get my car back but it was worth the wait , the owner it’s super professional their workers to . German Car friendly hereServices are awesome! I’m the most laziest person and the shop took a look on my Mercedes C300 2010 and helped me managed my insurance claim and auto repairs. I would highly recommend them, shout to Nayeli for keeping me updated with my car the whole way!
