I am so glad I found this shop by combing through reviews of other auto-shops in the area. I have found them to be honest quick and competitively priced. So far I have a brake booster issue diagnosed and repaired and an alternator that was replaced the same day. They have exceeded all my expectations and I would highly recommend using them for auto repairs.

When the people at William Leaf greet you and listen to your needs, you might forget that this is an auto shop; It feels more like a (kind) doctor's office! I have gone to them off and on for decades and not once have I felt that were trying to "rip me off." Instead, I felt their sincerity, professionalism, and expertise. Highly recommend!

I personally have had an unfortunate amount of car problems, and I trust these people the most out of any place I’ve been so far. They used to not charge as much for labor, but they genuinely care, and I absolutely love that, especially in LA. They have lowered a charge to 30 minutes of labor instead of the hour or maybe even two because they fix it quickly, and on top of that I noticed they filled by tires with air, filled my windshield wiper fluid, etc. And didn’t even MENTION it. It’s definitely LA prices, but this happens on a consistent basis. One time I tried to go somewhere else because of a lower cost, it was honestly terrible, I ended up cancelling with them halfway anyway, and coming back to Leaf to fix the problem. Which they did, and it ended up being less expensive anyways. Highly Highly recommend

super helpful and communicative throughout arranging the repair and surrounding logistics. Highly recommend!

Leaf automotive is an honest, friendly, professional shop! These guys look after you and your car. I went in with my F150 and had a turning signal issue and this shop fixed it the same day. They were great about communicating an issue that popped up, even inviting me to come take a look at it, before they fixed it. I was so appreciative of their honesty, their pricing, and their overall courtesy and professionalism. This is now my shop! I appreciate y'all!

I have been going to Leaf Auto for 2-3 years and live nearby. I have tried many other places for repair and NONE compare to the quality of work, inexpensive cost, and mechanical knowledge Walter and Alfredo have. The mostly work on restored older muscle or other cars but they repaired my BMW and are phenomenal. No wonder they have been there so long and are so successful. They are the nicest mechanics in Venice and I highly recommend them!

Been a customer since 07. Last two experiences left me with more issues than I arrived with. The shop is good at a quick fix and get you back in the road in most modern gas cars. They wont take time to resolve problems, just a quick fix joint like all the rest but expensive. If you love your vintage 4x4 Bill Leaf is no longer the shop for you. Sadly. Used to be the best. Still looking for a decent mechanic and parts to repair the damage they did.

I've gotten multiple oil changes here and other services. Always done within estimated timeframe. All the guys are nice and Alex has always given great suggestions and recommendations for other services. Location is great, multiple walking distance cafes which I typically go to while waiting for my vehicle to be ready.
