Every time I go to this store, it's a wonderful experience. Ricky and his team are amazing. Especially in this era of automated customer service and holding pattern help lines, it's so refreshing to have an energetic and knowledgeable team that knows their brand and how to get you what you want. Can't say enough good things about them, and of course Vuori is top-notch. I write podcast ads, and this is a brand I always look forward to plugging. I've loved everything of theirs I've tried.

I purchased a jacket at a different location, but the Venice is closest to my home. The jacket had a small tear and I called this store to get help. Ricky was fantastic. He provided quite possibly the best customer service I've ever had. He listened attentively, and then proceeded to tell me how he could help. He called the first store on my behalf and he resolved the issue. More than anything, I appreciated how kind he was in his communication with me.

First time experience with this brand..staff was super helpful at accommodating... I bought the two-piece tennis set in cactus and it's great I get tons of compliments on it and it's soft and so far it's stayed great after washes. My criticism is of the tailoring of that volley dress my God it's so terribly designed other than the amazing feature of the pockets... I love to support local startup brands so please get a better designer for the women's collection because since I bought that set there has been nothing there in a color palette that I would want to wear.

I use to love this brand. Recently I had a pair of 1 month old climbing pants tear fairly effortlessly at a leg zipper pocket. I went to attempt to have them exchanged or at least repaired and they informed me there was nothing they could do. As previously said pants were nearly brand new and showed no signs of wear. Clearly this was some form of a manufacture defect but Vuori doesn’t stand by their products. I will no longer buy from this brand.

Great store! Very helpful staff! I love the daily performance joggers. The down side is that the store is unable to order items online for customers if they are not available in store. Bummer! Overall, great shopping experience.

I didn't realize Vuori had a location on Abbott Kinney. All this time I was ordering stuff off their online store when I could've just drove 10 minutes away to their retail location in Venice. Vuori's clothing is very climate neutral. Very soft and lightweight. I love the way they feel and how it looks on me. Sometimes when I wear their clothing, it feels as if I'm not wearing anything on. It's top quality clothing at its finest. Very comfortable and looks very nice on the body. I love that they have a little patio set up outside for people to just hang out while others are using the fitting rooms. The staff workers are so friendly and accommodating here. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the shop, there were assistants guiding me through and being very helpful without being aggressive or agitating. I was set up a fitting room by an assistant that kept checking in on me and seeing if I needed to swap sizes or colors. I am very pleased with their customer service. Their pricing is a little bit on the higher end. A tank top, a pair of shorts, and 2 short sleeve polo shirt ran about $250. Other articles of clothing are priced higher. It's all depends on what you get. Worth the price paid for great quality clothes. I will definitely be coming back here for my next purchase.

Such a great store and INCREDIBLE staff.Christine was so helpful. I was simply browsing as I was cruising Abbot Kinney and she was kind enough to show me some pants she thought would look good on me. Low and behold they did!! So I bought them.Sayra was also incredibly helpful and modeled the aqua blue color flawlessly.Cheers!

I love this brand, but this store is useless, barely any selection and all of the pants are inseam 32 inch for some reason. Only basic T shirts none of the good stuff from online
