Be careful when buying at this store! They are not willing to accept returns of faulty items. They deleted the transaction from their system so that I couldn't complain, even thought it appears on my bank account. They have been reported for fraudulent charge and to the FTC for failing to provide reliable care instructions. Save your time and a headache and avoid purchasing here.

The revolving door of new hires. They do not care about their employees; which is, why I will no longer shop there. They fire capable compassionate kind human beings without any logical excuse. Honestly, the quality isn't there. Sad in 2023 this is still how we are choosing to treat people. #karma

Brittany and Haleigh make this my favorite Velvet! Hard to find the store - a more prominent store sign would do wonders but well worth the trip even though other Velvets are closer/more convenient to visit. Brittany and Haleigh are so welcoming and helpful with their advice and locating specific sizes/colors. Not only do I feel like shopping, I also love what I take home with me and haven't made one return since shopping with them - that's saying a lot! Their in store specials are an added bonus.

After going to Velvet, I'm styling! Great casual fashions for men and women with inventory turnover that rewards frequent visits. Sales personnel are awesome and accommodating.

Rubbish service, rude and refuse to help. Bought a dress online and they wont send it, USPS never received the item and Velvet refuse to do anything. The old lady at customer service sounds drunk and just babbles and cant do anything.

While this manufacturer makes fine clothing, their customer service is nonexistent. I returned an item to them the same day I received it, with their authorization and their shipping label. I received tracking confirmation that they received the return. 2 weeks later later I have yet to receive a confirmation from them of return, nor a refund, and multiple emails and telephone voicemail contacts have garnered no response.

I love the design of these tee shirts but the fabric is way too fragile. I purchased a white one on June 10, have worn it 2 times, without a belt and did not tuck it in, washed it in a lingerie bag and there are already 2 tiny holes in the front. Same thing happened with a brand new black on after 1 wearing, with 3 large holes. These tee- shirts are not inexpensive and should hold up for more than a few wearings. I have contacted customer service with no response. The sales people at Brentwood are disinterested and not particularly helpful so the idea of going back is not something I don't particularly want to do. They should offer more suggestions on how to take care of them when you make a purchase.

Happened into this location with a friend. Not expecting much. But wow. I think I found my new favorite shop! The customer service is next level. My friend was in for t-shirts, but I was inspired by the staff's style to try on prints I never thought would work for me. Everyone was so helpful and honest. I left so excited to wear my new outfit. Bonus: Store was super clean compared to other brands I've shopped at.

Velvet's clothing is so soft and comfortable and the fit is great. I always go to get the Chad shirts. I have every color they make. Windy the store manager is always so helpful when I go in. Always has a smile on her face and treats you like an old friend. The entire staff fashion knowledge is outstanding. The store vibe is great and always so clean. I can always find my size. Highly recommend this store if you want great fitting, well constructed, and made in LA everyday wear.

Velvet is my all time favorite store to come to for my wardrobe! Love coming here to add pieces to my collection from season to season. The selection is great and the clothing is very comfortable! They also always have my size which is a great plus! Jorge helped me pick out a few new items and was very polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great eye on style and fit. I left the store feeling confident and very happy with my purchase and the help that i received! Will definitely be back!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST. be weary of this establishment for expensive clothing. JCrew, banana republic, saks, Bloomingdales-They ALL take merchandise back. This company is the WORST customer service and attitude.
