I have tried to get help changing my address 5-6 times - it’s been over 2 months since I received mail. When I call to get help they just yell at me and tell me to do things I have already done

Tried to mail something on Depop to Venice, CA (from CLT, NC) 13 days ago and it is still not delivered. It keeps saying awaiting delivery and will be delivered next business day everytime I call. I cannot get ahold of a representative. Given the fact I live across the country I cannot do anything about it but keep annoying USPS.

This branch always loses my packages or delays delivery by multiple dayyssssss. Each time the tracking shows delays I end up having to come into the store and ask for it and then they "magically" find it. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm tired of chasing my packages around

At times the line is long, but the people who work here are diligent in their efforts to help customers politely and efficiently. Often times, it’s the customers that are not quite ready with their forms and packages. Patience is sometimes required.

USPS sucks!!! But I shouldn't be surprised if they have the worst service I've ever seen! shipped out a package on 5/21/24 it's 05/31/24 and I haven't been delivered. Paid for 3 day service and won't get a refund or an answer of when my package will be delivered. Call them to ask for a delivery date. They couldn't tell me even if I paid for a tracking number. I paid for a three day delivery and when I told them it wasn't being delivered there answer was oh well ?. Can I get a refund Their answer was "NO" when I asked what the purpose of charging for 3 days service is if it's not getting there in three days. Her answer was "you get a tracking number" ok can you track it and tell me where it is and when will it be delivered? No sorry I can't. It's still in Seattle her answer no it's not in Seattle, it's in federal way! Lady it's still in Washington!!! It's been 6 days!!! It only moved 20 miles! USPS person: Let me check, oh Federal Way is in Washington ? nothing but the best workers in the post office

Over the last few months the customer service at this branch has tremendously improved! All the staff are reliably courteous and helpful, and I'm sad it is no longer my closest post office.

First they dont deliver my important document worth thousands of dollars (still dont have it to this day nor have they ever reached back out to us.), now my prescription glasses said it was delivered but it is NOT. This is some of the worst delivery services i have ever dealt with.

In fairness I did spend an hour here but that was mostly to do with the bureaucracy of USPS and my own ineptitude rather than the lovely people and great service at this branch.

If you want anything done ask the supervisor Miss Haim (sp?) she’s the only one who actually cares. I went to pick up mail after a month (all the mail from my building is being held there because they can’t get around to fixing our mailboxes) and an employee looked for five minutes in various places and couldn’t find one single piece of mail. I went back two days later and Miss Haim found it all. She was extremely apologetic and kind.

I honestly wish I could give 0 star review. The people who work here are so very rude. Once voices were escalated and I decided to just go to another post office, a worker continued to harass me on the way out. I asked that extinguish communication any further due to the hostile nature and she mocked me saying “I don’t care about your emotions”. I stood near the door on my phone for a couple minutes to look at the usps website which she had advised me to do earlier and she continued to talk at me (me ignoring her at this point). Horrible experience.

All the staff are kind here and go out of their way to do their best. Bring your own tape, you can't use theirs unless you're sending priority, and it's pretty expensive.

Had a package sitting in some random USPS facility in Wisconsin for 4 straight days before it was processed (making it late). I called customer service and asked if when my package hit Venice, i could just pick it up at the post office instead of being delivered by truck. Figured this would be faster since i NEEDED this package before Friday at 2pm. She said nope not possible. I show up at the venice post office Friday morning ANYWAY to ask if they will kindly give me my package instead of putting it on a truck and risking i wont have it in time. She says no sorry we cant stop our entire day to find your package its going to be on a truck soon. It gets on a truck and is « out for delivery ALL DAY LONG.I wait ALL DAY LONG, it never comes. At 7pm i get a notification that my package has been sent BACK TO VENICE POST OFFICE TO BE PICKED UP PER REQUEST OF CUSTOMER???? Makes zero sense.Thanks for absolutely NOTHING.
