“03/21/2004 My husband and I visited Lincoln Tobacco to purchase two Greek Bar Pulse disposable vapes. We are night owls and excited they were open until 3 AM! We arrived around 2:30 AM and the only customers in the store along with two employees behind the counter. As two adults pushing fifty, our eyesight is not as it used to be and we couldn't read what the flavors were on the boxes that were on the wall behind the counter. We thought one of the employees might be helpful and read off the different flavors to us as they both saw we were struggling to see our options. Neither one of them bothered to help even after we tried using the camera on our phones to read the boxes! They actually seemed annoyed when we asked what a couple of the flavors were that we couldn't read with our phones. To be honest, it would have been a lot faster if one of them would have just told us the flavors they had instead of standing behind the counter staring at us struggle to see the words on the small boxes! We were spending $50 cash, a little customer service would have made a major difference in our experience. Unfortunately, neither one of them stepped up to help. Even with their extra late hours, we will not be returning.
3/26/2024 Thank you so much for responding to my post regarding the visit to your shop on 3/21/2024. Even though our visit that night was frustrating, it means a great deal for you to apologize for the not so great customer service we received from the employees working that night. I hope after speaking with them they realize it doesn't matter how late it maybe or what option they may have regarding the customers that come in, if someone is spending money they are valuable to your business. Also, you never know who will write a review about the experience they received. In short, just give every customer a five-star experience, and you will never have anything to worry about. We are extremely happy you expect to run a top-notch place and take time to apologize if something doesn't go well for your customers. Because you reached out to us, I am changing my two star review to a four star. Thank you again for taking customer service very seriously. As customers, we appreciate this.”
