My issue, sudden flat, nail or a screw. It was repairable. And repaired. Couple of hours. WCT was busy this morning.

Before I brought them business it felt like I had been coming for years. I value how Lucky’s inspects your vehicle and provides photos and videos of their findings. Especially appreciate what the owner Tom is endeavoring to bring the auto repair experience and how he goes about doing it. Past lessons have led me to understand how expensive cheap can be, happy to bring my business and send referrals to a place that supports living wages for their team, stands behind the quality and ethos of their craft, and is engaging and easeful when questioned about it. “The car service itself is good, but my initial customer service experience was disappointing. I was told on two different days that I could come in at 4:30pm to get my brakes done, but when I arrived, I was told the brakes area was closed. There was no apology and no accountability for the misinformation, and when I asked for clarification, an older gentleman spoke to me very dismissively, which was frustrating especially because I try hard to support small businesses.
However, after posting my review, the shop reached out and worked with me to offer much better service. I appreciate that they took the time to fix the situation and make things right. I’m glad they followed up and showed that they do care about their customers.”
“My Honda Odyssey had a oil leak that was leaking around my top of my engine and it was dripping all the way down so it will always blow white smoke and I took it to this mechanic and he said he was gonna charge me a price and he was gonna also do a cleaning as well change my spark plugs and my spark plug seals and my engine coils now that was just a price for that but my alternator got messed up too because of the oil leak leaking down so he end up fixing that it was a good price for the job that was being done I also took both my car and my van to get refill on AC and that has been working for a while now and I’m happy and when I tell you, I have a lot of respect for him is because I do have a lot of respect he looked at me as a person not charged me super expensive because I’m a woman and people like to do that let’s be real and when I tell you, I got my van back and I have not had a problem since not a single smoke everything is beautiful. I do have a little more work to do, but that’s for another time but my van is very drivable and I’m so glad that I went with him and it took like a day and half process but it was well worth it 100000% recommend him it’s two guys that I know that work there the owner son, and of course the employee and they’re both very respectful and honest and do all great job on cars ??✌??Thank you”

“Globe Tire team always delivers! Stopped by Tuesday 12/23 at 4:45pm or 15 minutes before they closed with puncture in tire. John and team jumped on it right away, took a look at the tire and were able to repair the puncture and get me on my way by 5:15pm. No charge as service they provide the community, early Christmas present! Very thankful. And if I needed a new tire Globe would have provided that too. When I need tires I’ll return to Globe for sure.”

“Took my 2008 GX470 in for upper and lower control arm install (supplied my own) for an aftermarket lift. They did the install and allinment in 2 hours! Everything looks great and the Lexus is tracking better than before. Highly recommend and will be coming back in soon for other parts install. Fair pricing, excellent service, and will recommend.
Update. After taking two other vehicles to Central Tire. Partners Jetta needed new tires and they had the best price in town, and got it done in 45mins. New to us Tundra needed a donkey 6 inch lift kit removed and put back to stock. The guys CRUSHED it and even sourced dealer only parts for the complete suspension rebuild. Very happy with this shop and the guys are awesome!”
