this place was nirvana for me. absolutely gorgeous, fresh, and usual flowers! and the owner took the time out of his schedule to make me a extraordinary custom arrangement! and i mean EXTRAORDINARY arrangement with a king protea (!!!) and roses and flowering branches! i hesitate leaving this review. because now EVERYONE is going to discover this hidden gem of a joint and there will be a line down the block! but that's a good thing so i must share this place with everyone. and, the truth is, i'd stand in a long line if necessary because it would be worth it. IF YOU SEEK THE UNUSUAL, THE UNIQUE, OR THE SPECTACULAR, YOU HAVE FOUND IT! plus, the people who work there are very kind and welcoming. i hope you enjoy this place as much as i did.

If you want something really special, The Unlikely Florist is the source. All of the other services are the same; The Unlikely Florist is doing something unique. When I went to the shop, they treated me like family and showed me their operation. On the day of delivery, my bouquet arrived in the morning and was beautiful. I can’t overstate how pleased I am ?

Support this amazing small business! I have ordered several times from them, the flower arrangements are always beautiful. Their delivery service is also excellent. Last time they could not reach me or the person to whom the flowers were delivered, and the location of the office was very difficult to find. They did the extra mile of checking online which building was the correct one and managed to find her coworkers, and it took them a while! All others would have given up, not the Unlikely Florist!

The Unlikely Florist creates the most beautiful, exotic arrangements and has exceptional customer service! I ordered a same-day delivery for a friend, and they helped make sure the bouquet was both gorgeous and delivered to a secure location in the friend’s busy building. They even followed up to ensure he received the arrangement! A true gem!

Wanting something special for my wife's birthday, I thought this florist looked great. Filled out order and included a message from my kids and me and I guess the message did not go through. Rather than call me to ask if there was a card, they put a Post it with my wife's name on a $200 arrangement of flowers. Common sense dictates that every floral arrangement has information who the sender is, this time, common sense did not prevail. Rather than try to make it right, Kelly said "This ones on me. You can come to the store to write out a card". This was a her solution. Pass on The Unlikely Florist unless you want your flowers sent by a secret admirer.

I love sustainability and it's definitely a preferred way to receive flowers... However because I've been both a model and a spokesperson in that space I know that there are lots of more colorful , interesting options available and quite frankly the bouquet I received is super dull and lackluster... Flowers are supposed to bring a sense of joy and the wrapping/palette on this is missing any spark of that.. (there are definitely more colorful options so perhaps this is just a choice by the florist..honest fredback..its just blah). Got it as a gift, opened the box, (which was very promisingly decorated)..and went "oh. Is that it?". Ive made prettier arrangements on hikes in topanga.
