While this store has a beautiful array of products, the customer service is terrible here. I frequented this store previously and on my last purchase spent over $1000 there. One of the items I purchased was a hand made sweater for nearly $400. I wore it once and the entire piece came unraveled. I contacted the store as I didn't think it was fair that it would break after barely one wear and they refused to assist. Even when I asked for more information so I could contact the brand myself, they were incredibly unresponsive. Do not purchase from this store. Their return policies and customer service are terrible. I will not be returning here.

Love this store. Appreciate the hospitality. Merchandise is creative and lovely. Found the perfect jumpsuit and blouse. The girls were amazing; can't wait to shop there when I return on January 2nd, 2019. Highly recommend The Piece Collective.

This place is wonderful !!! Such good energy and really friendly, knowledgeable girls working there. They curate a unique but wearable selection of clothes, lesser known brands and special one of a kind items, from accessories to home wares and even some super sweet baby items. Everything is beautiful!! And the space itself feels like a serene retreat. Great place for gifts and for shopping for something special for yourself or others. One of abbot Kinney's best, and one of few non-chain, truly special stores that remains ! Must go.

I absolutely love shopping in Venice. I've been in the search of a sun hat lately and thought this might be the place to find one. After seeing a hat on the floor and looking for a tag I asked the girl on the floor about it, "Hi, do you carry any other hats? Is this one for sale?". The shop girl answered with no and a long story about how someone made the hat specifically for the store. I repeated, "so it is or isn't for sale?" - there wasn't a price and though I didn't love the hat, at this point I was curious. The shop girl working the floor made the assumption that I wasn't in the market for spending upwards of $200 on a hat. She told me that I might find a hat better suited to my price range if I google search "hat store" around the local buffalo exchange. I attempted to be kind and thanked her for the advice. She followed up by telling me that I wouldn't find anything cheaper in the area. I live in the area and know better than that, I walked 2 blocks and bought a hat for $35.00. It's adorable. Last time I checked this isn't rodeo dr. Im not Julia Roberts, and I'm not living in a twisted version of Pretty Woman. Needless to say, this boutique will not be receiving business from me now or in the future. Such a shame. Customer service isn't that hard.

Had a phenomenal shopping experience! The worker there, Sydney, was so incredibly helpful and generous! She had great suggestions and was very knowledgable, also as sweet as can be. I will definitely be going back!

An absolutely adorable boutique that stocks brilliant pieces. Small, unique, and well worth the money: I continue to wear the jewellery and Current Elliott items I purchased here time and time again. Next time I'm back in the area, this'll be one of my first stops!

I saw the store on an Instagram page and it was definitely on my LA bucket list when I came here (I'm from Paris). The store from the outside is so adorable and you'll want to take a picture for sure! Inside, it's just as beautiful. I just love everything about it. The things they sell are amazing and not things that you see everywhere. It's a little pricy but you'll find some pieces that are ok. I got a bracelet that i'm so in love with! Perfect for summer. Made an article about it on my blog. You'll find the link in my bio if you are interested. Good store for gift or if you're just curious and love these kind of little stores. I could totally see this store in the Los Feliz / Silverlake area too. Same kind of vibes.

One of the main reasons I like to come to abbot Kinney is the cute restaurants, boutiques the feel to it...from modern to hippy to vintage to everything. The piece collective, really cute store!
