The rooms are not nice enough to not allow pets but the location was good. Just a few blocks from the beach. They were not serving breakfast which was a bummer but my girlfriend loved the toiletries in the restroom.

Les photos de l'hôtel sont trompeuses. Il ne ressemble à rien. On y entend la rue comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes, la chambre dégouline d'humidité et la douche fonctionne quand elle veut. Le personnel a énormément d'activité passionnantes sur leurs smartphone personnel. Le prix est bien entendu excessif pour cet établissement. À éviter.

They took a second deposit on my credit card during my stay without informing me, nor asking for my consent/authorization.
Also, I just found a random 5USD charge. I suppose for taking water from the minibar, but I haven’t even checked out yet. I want to select my card and payment currency for any charges made on my foreign card, again.. no authorization. What kind of hotel is this toying with my card?

The rooms are very clean, and the bed is comfortable. However, starting from 8 am, the housekeeping staff spend their time talking in the hallways, and everything is audible. I couldn't sleep. I came for one night, clearly, I will not be returning.

I stayed here for four nights in April with my 15 year old son. The Good:
The location was great. You could walk down to Venice. The parking was easy and cheap. The staff was friendly.
Bad: (which I normally don't put on a review).
The hotel is outdated...not impressed.
I couldn't sleep one of the nights because I could hear the people above me walking around (thin walls).
I was awoken by construction one morning around 0830. The construction was coming from the hotel pool area. The photos are not accurate for the hotel. There was no pool access, it's being renovated. We were not aware of this.
There is no outside bar and I saw nobody enjoying themselves in the common area.
The security guard seemed to be hanging around on his phone the whole time, which was odd...not a great impression when you walk into a hotel.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

While the property appeared appealing in photos, the reality fell short. Although our room was satisfactory, the common areas were disappointingly dirty. Our check-in experience was marred by discomforting issues. On the second day, we were relocated due to excessive noise, only to encounter a sizable cockroach in the bathroom. Consequently, we opted to cancel our stay and depart. Despite our challenges, Eddie, the manager, displayed exceptional kindness and assistance throughout. Thank you, Eddie, for your efforts!

This accommodation is clean, spacious, and cost-effective! You can park in the building and there is security, so it's a relatively safe accommodation!

Hotel ideally located to enjoy the coast (Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach), parking available for hotel guests for $22/night (very reasonable), heated swimming pool/jacuzzi open over a wide range of hours ( 9am > 10pm). Quiet and very clean rooms. Perfect bedding
Nearby activities: Lots of activities nearby: Santa Monica pier, Venice beach market, bike ride, Manhattan beach

We looked for a hotel in LA for a long time, and we were not disappointed with our choice.
super well located, close to the interchanges.
The rooms are super nice with an artist style
We were able to enjoy the heated swimming pool in cool weather.
Easy street parking right behind.

Good for a 2-3 star hotel. Location is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Building is kinda old and the elevator is really old and loud (kinda scary when jolts into motion). Maids are friendly. Better to book with 3rd party apps which have better prices than booking directly with locals rates
There is no filtered water on any the floors. However there is purified water in fitness room on second floor. So you fill up your water bottles there.
Pool and hot tub is small but nice for quick dip.
You can rent bikes with hotel at $25 / day
Parking is not included and cost $22 / day. You can park on street but there is large homeless (RV van living) population in this area.
We had some construction workers come into the room randomly who were not maids claiming didn’t know we were there. Not sure why they had key card access to booked rooms. Kinda weird and scary as they didn’t announce who they were or what they trying to do. Person at the desk was clueless and thought it was normal for people to walk unlock rooms and walk in.
