I wanted to share an amazing experience. I had with Colton at the Abbott Kinney store.
He was able to source a suit, shoes, button up, and tie for me under a quick turnaround for a wedding I was attending. In the process, there was a mixup on adding cuffs to my pants. The mixup had nothing to do with Colton‘s work, but he jumped into help me solve it.
He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed in a 48 hour turnaround even down to finding a similar suit with fabric and pulling the fabric from that suit to add cuffs onto the pants on mine.
For me, customer loyalty is a pretty simple equation. The store needs to have the right product in stock, they need to have people who make a personal connection with you to help you pull off the idea you have, and if there are bumps in the road they go above and beyond to solve any problems to make sure that you’re happy with the final product. Over the years I’ve purchased, and had tailored, three tuxes and four suits from suit supply because of Colton‘s work on this most recent suit I will remain loyal and make sure that any formal wear I buy is through him going forward. Thanks again Colton.
