I visited this Staples store on Lincoln Blvd and was provided excellent customer service. My surge protector quit functioning and I wanted to purchase another identical one to replace it. That product was not in stock and I was guided to an alternative product after Asst. Manager Rene took time to scroll through pages of surge protectors trying to find the one I preferred. In addition, Staples employee Matthew, assisted with fixing my Staples cell phone app to show code for rewards accrued after my phone # inputted at check-out did not show available Rewards dollars. Cashier Sam was also very sweet and helpful. Really incredible experience here! Never expected such helpful people!

I went to Staples to buy 5 items, standard stationary items. Staples did not have a single item that I needed. I ordered all items from Amazon which was easier. Also Staples have raised their prices and are now VERY expensive.

Everyone who works here is helpful and delightful. They have to put up with crazy people wandering in constantly (due to the city of Los Angeles being totally dysfunctional due to incompetent political leadership), yet despite this, the Staples employees are always friendly and upbeat.

Rene at the venice location (Lincoln Blvd) could not have been more annoyed and rude when we tried to print business cards -at one point, I even asked, can you see how this would be difficult for someone who just walked in off the street trying to do this and he literally said with extreme disdain 'can you see that I have 10 other orders besides you waiting' ?? Wow-obviously I could not see this as a client. Clearly hates his job. Too bad. Next time we will order from Canva and leave it at that.

Good store with haunch of copiers to make copies (which is convenient now that Kinkos is kaput. Also, they have every office supply you could want. Enter through the Walgreens parking. Unfortunately, one day I spent a bunch of money on some office supplies at Staples and then went to Walgreens where the supplies were far less varied but much cheaper. Ugh!
