Hi, me and my friend rented a car last July, we choose the Venice Beach point to pick up the car. After buying extra insurance for the car they said they would give us a better car FOR FREE. We’re back in Europe and they charged us for the better car, we’re managing with the bank and Sixt Spain, but we can’t make a call from here without paying a lot of money and we wanted to know an email address from the Venice Beach office so we can talk to them I’m sure they would remember us and give us some backing as we feel scammed, we politely said thank you and we feel like idiots.

Great experience here. Angelo was the one who helped us during pick up. He was friendly and courteous and even helped us load our bags. The car was new, in good shape, clean, and smelled nice. Very happy with the vehicle. At drop off, we were helped by Nafi. He was quick and also friendly and courteous offering us water while we waited. The other staff that were around also seemed nice. Will definitely rent again!

This is our second time renting with Sixt and would honestly ALWAYS rent from them when possible. Their rates were reasonable and they were one of the few options that didn’t have a one-way fee for our trip from LA to San Francisco.
The team at the Venice location was incredibly helpful and not only upgraded us (as the vehicle we booked wasn’t ready), but also helped us when we went back to swap the vehicle for a sedan instead.
Was a no fuss process, 10/10 :)

Nafi is the man! He made our trip very special with our car rental upgrade and helped us out consistently. We were able to snag a great deal for an excellent car, no worries at any point. Loved the convertible, will definitely come back here in the future.

Our Rent in April was so good! Everyone was so friendly and we got a brandnew X5! Also the Return couldn’t be easier. This Sixt Station is our Number 1 for Rentals in California. We coming back in October and already did another reservation can’t wait to be here again. All Workers on this Place doing an amazing Job! Wish i could do more than 5 Stars! :)

When they will offer you to upgrade your car for money just refuse, good chance they don't even have your reserved car.. So they will have to upgrade it for free anyway, just like happend to me.
