5 stars for Osman, the security guy at the entrance (I asked his name) , cause even late in the night he is SO kind and greets everybody with so much joy and respect. He has something kind to say to everybody. We need more people like osman in the world!

This Ross has a great, large parking lot so I never have any problems with parking. The employees are nice and helpful with a "Welcome to Ross" as you enter the store. The store itself is arranged were it is easy to find were the items you are looking for should be. The merchandise does change regularly so you may not find what you saw the last time you came in but that is to be expected. If only they had a little more merchandise on the shelf in some of their departments but over all a nice Ross in a convenient location.

The selections are awesome! But the staff, well, the cashier was so rude, it was a big turn-off. I took all the hangers off my items, thinking i was helping her. I purchesed over 350.00, so the items were many. She scolded me and told me to put the hangers behind me. My 90nyear old mom was with me, and it takes a lot to upset her. Well, she got upset, and we left very unhappy. We live in Long Beach and drove there specifically because we hadn't visited that store in over 10 years. No bueno.
