Whatever the problem is with the person at the pharmacy named Brandi, needs to chill out. I watched her yell at berate an elderly man trying to pay his prescription and had a continuous attitude and was rude. If you don't like the job you're working Brandi, I suggest a career change.

What is going on with this pharmacy here at this Rite-aid ?? Customer service has gone downhill. And they always seem to be lacking the prescriptions! The service here used to be way better than what it is now. Just seems like lack of effort in getting the work done.

Whenever I try to call to get info on my meds. They never answer. I was just in rite aid right now to get my meds and they told me to wait. So I went to my car and decided to call them to let them know I'll wait. And they didn't answer even though it wasn't busy and they were doing nothing at the pharmacy. THEY NEED TO START ANSWERING THE PHONE OR DONT WORK AT THE PHARMACY.

Today I was in the pharmacy around 4pm and I witnessed a woman screaming at the employees behind the counter. She berated them and made huge scene! Some of us in line were a little scared from of this woman's behavior. I want to commend the pharmacy's staff for staying calm and managing this situation in a professional manner. Especially Brandi. I watched her handle these insults and chaos from this woman with grace. Brandi continued to help other customers and make us feel safe and get everyone's needs met while this woman continued to berate her.

Many times they don't fill prescriptions sent by doctors. It's been 10 days since my doctor sent it in. And they don't answer the phone so I can ask about it. They're going to make me drive down there and ask in person. And this isn't the first time this has happened. Another bummer this pharmacy does: if you're on auto monthly, and there are no more refills, they just let it fall through the cracks. Since you don't notice until you run out that something is wrong, you have to get ahold of them. Which means calling and they don't answer the phone. Which means you have to go down in person. I've been using this pharmacy for over 30 years. It used to be great. Now it's a mess.

A real lesson in frustration and great example of how NOT to run a business. They are always out of a staple item (that you might imagine a modern inventory control system could prevent). They usually call you 20 times with a robot call about an RX that is ready. Or they simply don't answer the phone because their system is kaput. They always ask for your birthday (which is a confidential piece of info right?) The electronic RX sign out procedure has so many questions and boxes to the point of ridiculousness. And while you are hopelessly stuck in line to pay because their process is hopelessly broken, an un-housed person is going through your car in the parking lot. Really an unpleasant experience.

This Rite-Aid pharmacy is laughably bad. I only return because of location convenience. It is literally impossible to get a pharmacist on the phone. I have been kept on hold for an hour before hanging up. A couple of times, I've been on hold for about 20 minutes, then stayed on hold during the 10 minutes it takes me to ride my bike there. After that, I sat in the pharmacy section, still on hold, and watched the pharmacy staff chit-chatting about their weekend. No line of people, phone ringing, and they're just shooting the breeze. Both times I then walked up to the counter after about five minutes and informed the pharmacy clerk that it was, in fact, I who was calling in that very moment, and I who had been calling the whole time they were talking. The look of shame and embarrassment on the clerk's face was almost worth the headaches I've experienced at the hands of possibly some of the laziest people I've ever witnessed.I've also seen Rite-Aid corporate chime in on this Yelp review section to guarantee that they will look into the issue. As I scroll back through the years, I can see in the reviews that they've been making this same empty promise since at least 2016 (7 years). Rite-Aid, can you not do any better than this?? It honestly takes practice and effort to be this awful at something! If you need someone to take the job, I'd be happy to whip into shape this pharmacy customer neglect issue inside one year. Guaranteed!

Close to me but it's unfortunate that when you call, no matter how many times, nobody answers and when they do they leave you on hold for more than 20min saying they will get back to you when they don't. How are you supposed to speak to someone, especially for the pharmacy???

It's a mixed bag at the Pharmacy and it really depends on who's there. I had previously received two of the COVID vaccinations there and they were great. The pharmacist was kind, efficient and the shot didn't hurt. Today, I went for my second booster - my fourth COVID shot and when I checked in, they talked about how they were adding extra appointments and how annoyed they were about that. This is when Los Angeles is talking about implementing indoor masks again and many people are not getting their second booster shot - only 15% of eligible people are when the numbers for those infected with COVID in Los Angeles are rising. Why they had a need to complain about adding extra appointments so people get their booster shot is beyond me. What else is beyond me is why they had me waiting while I heard them gossiping/complaining about their schedules and their co-workers work schedules. Really? When I told them I can come back instead, they said the pharmacist is getting my vaccine ready. I don't think it takes 15 minutes to get my vaccine ready. It has never before. When he brought me into the room, with my sleeve already up for my right arm sleeve up so he can give me the vaccination and after he put on his gloves, that's when he looked to see that my I wanted to get the shot on my right arm. He said he had to move the chair around so he can give me the vaccination and didn't change his gloves. How sanitary is it for him to move the chair with his gloves on and then use those dirty gloves to pinch my arm to give me the vaccination? Also, I have never had anyone pinch my arm to give me a vaccination. Lastly, it hurt. This is my fourth COVID shot and it has never hurt before when the needle goes in. It's slightly uncomfortable when the vaccine goes in, but not the actual needle. It made me feel like he was punishing me for letting them know that I told them I can come back since it was taking so long - while they were gossiping/complaining about their work schedules.Next time, I will not go to RiteAid to get a vaccination and I suggest others to not as well. The best experience for my COVID vaccination was Costco on Washington and that'a where I would recommend since the pharmacist there was gentle, kind and didn't use dirty gloves to give me a vaccination.

Jonathan Saidfar (pharmacy manager) is as incompetent as they come. He injected me with the wrong vaccine. That's right you heard it correctly. Then he had the audacity when confronted to make up some lie about how his system had multiple accounts which I never created. Yet he did not feel the need to address this prior to injecting me? His response was a blank stare. He then changed his story to say my card had said that vaccine so he assumed.....??? yikes! He then tried to convince me mix and matching vaccines is not recommended as if he were my doctor. Maybe if Johnathan and Dale were not so preoccupied with sharing earlier customer service incidents they could avoid causing customer incidents themselves. I mean I even watch customers have to interrupt them repeatedly while in the middle of their transaction just to get a question in about medical items they wanted or were receiving. Be careful for your own health because those two clearly are not looking out for you.

The meds inside the package is cautiously packaged and in outstanding condition. Thanks a bunch!
