Their prices are fair - I got a quote from Marina Auto Body, and the price from Quest was more reasonable.
The body work was done well and Sharif threw in a few extras. He fixed a part on my trunk, fixed another scratch, gave me extra paint for future touchups, and exterior/interior was cleaned.

Shariff did a great job on my BMW! He pinpointed the mechanical issue which was causing the vehicle to fail smog tests. He repaired it the same day and charged me a fair price. The BMW passed the smog test! I highly recommend Quest Auto Repair! Thanks again Shariff!

I couldn't be happier from my experience with Sharif and Quest Auto. At the recommendation of a friend, I decided to let them repair my cars front bumper. Not only did they repair it to look like new, they also went above and beyond and repainted my hood at no extra cost. The job costed what they said it would, the car was ready when they said it would be, and I am one happy customer. After many awful experiences with different auto businesses trying to up-charge and take advantage of me, I finally found someone I can trust. Will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs an autobody shop and will definitely be back myself should I ever need it. Thank you, Sharif!

He is also very flexible with the service time and supportive with your concerns. He is well knowledged about cars and honest about it. He will work with you for whatever car issue you have. I cannot say enough about Alex and Elizabeth, the kindest proprietors I've met in Los Angeles. Alex did a fantastic job on my old 2007 Toyota Corolla, bringing it from a collision to perfect condition at a reasonable price. He communicated regularly through the process. If you're reading this! This is your sign to take them your car. Call Liz & she'll take care of you. I took in my Mercedes for a huge body shop repair!Everything on the left has side was completely trashed. They worked directly with my GEICO Insurance. & let me tell you it was such an easy process. Luckily my insurance didn't give the bodyshop any trouble... and of course luckily the bodyshop did a great job. My car was such great shape I felt like I drove it off the lot.

Responsive, reliable, and fair. Took my rear brakes to be replaced, and turns out my rear brake SENSORS were damaged - Sherif was able to identify the issue right away and called to notify me, saving me on brake replacement. Shariq (I think the owner) is SO kind and provides the best service. Being a single female new to car owning, this place makes me feel super comfortable and it's the only place I choose to go. I was buying a car from a friend and went to have it looked at and they checked it out for me for free. A year later my car basically just stopped running and this is the first place I thought to go to. Shariq fixed my car in under 24 hours, replacing a part and giving me a great price. It's scary being a woman at an auto shop and afraid to be ripped off, but that is so not the case here. Thank you so much Shariq for helping me and making me feel safe here and fixing my car so fast!!! I'll be back for my next oil change. :)
