“I visited this Staples store on Lincoln Blvd and was provided excellent customer service. My surge protector quit functioning and I wanted to purchase another identical one to replace it. That product was not in stock and I was guided to an alternative product after Asst. Manager Rene took time to scroll through pages of surge protectors trying to find the one I preferred. In addition, Staples employee Matthew, assisted with fixing my Staples cell phone app to show code for rewards accrued after my phone # inputted at check-out did not show available Rewards dollars. Cashier Sam was also very sweet and helpful. Really incredible experience here! Never expected such helpful people!”
