My insurance agent referred me to this body shop. When I first check my car in the service was very good. They greeted me very courteously. My car was ready within the timeframe they informed me. I went to pick up my car and everything was smooth. My car was ready. They wash my car. It looked amazing. I was very happy with the job.Services: Painting

My Mini Cooper S convertible was damaged. State Farm had this place as an option to fix my car here after getting hit by another vehicle. It was a pretty big job. I had to go back several times after from the little hiccups that occurred after completion of repairs. I am writing this review now, almost one year post because I am constantly reminded of the bad job performed and was never corrected after their wrong doings. My passenger side windows mechanism is off. Rolls up then down when I quick click the windows to close on their own. (I complained about this 2x to them and they tried their best to fix the problem, never fixing the problem) and my gas tank clicks every time I unlock the car door. It's annoying and I believe a worker mentioned they would get a mechanic who wasn't fairly new to look at it this time. Huh??!! Anyways, For major fender benders don't trust NorthRanch collision.

North Ranch is great to work with, they understand getting in an accident is unpleasant and go out of their way to make the repair process as easy as possible. Mark was wonderful to work with, he was able to get me in sooner than expected. He kept me informed when the parts arrived and scheduled a repair date. I dropped it off the evening before and got my car back the next afternoon. The repair to my bumper looked great. Most of all Mark and everyone else I dealt with including Todd in the office and some of the repair people were courteous and considerate. I can't recommend them enough.

I brought my car here to get the bumper and side fixed after someone hit it parked. They only took care of half of the bumper which upset me but it was bc State Farm told them. When I got back in town and got my car I noticed the leather on my driver seat had been stained. They are refusing to take responsibility and I’m livid. Tom as an owner you should care about what your customers say. I never had this on my seat prior. Shame on you guys! Really hope you take some responsibility.Services: Painting
