I've been here a few times and it's always a friendly shopping experience. This was my first piercing experience at Mejuri. The piercing artist, Charlie, was amazing! I’ve been wanting to get additional piercings and had an idea of the jewelry I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, some gems were not available/sold out. However, she curated something special within my budget. It was a comfortable and fun experience! Once my piercing heals I’ll be going back for a few more!

I purchased six different items from this store, including some gold and others gold-plated. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with Mejuri's quality. The gold bracelet chain broke after just two months of moderate use. Although Mejuri offered store credits, I'm hesitant to get something else of such low quality. Additionally, all the gold-plated earrings developed dark stains, oxidizing heavily and requiring weekly cleaning.

I got my second hole re-pierced at a location’s pop-up piercing shop and it was not a transparent experience whatsoever. I have waited over year for another pop-up so I can get my post changed out to a shorter one - as promised by Mejuri - yet still not delivered. While they seem like a quality store, their jewelry needs to be cleaned constantly to be nice and isn’t worth the investment in my opinion because most are not real gold/silver - just plated. For pricing of their plated jewelry, you can easily get better truly non-tarnishing jewelry from other brands for a lot cheaper. These first experiences with them really disappointed me.

I needed to make an exchange /refund of product bought on line. I so rarely find good customer service in brick and mortars that my expectations of this going well were low. To my great surprise I couldn't have been more incorrect. The entire experience of exchanging and returning and buying a new piece of jewellery was so good it absolutely made me look forward to coming back.

Excellent selection of earrings in the $100 - $350 range. Stylish options that seem like they’ll last - not too trendy and great for work or casual. The staff is amazing - they greet my pup every single day with a smile and a treat. Not pushy at all when it comes to the product but so knowledgeable and ready to help if you’re interested. Can’t say enough good things! We’re fans :)

I hate to make situations racial, but being the only people of color in the store you can blatantly see the difference in treatment based off your race. we were not acknowledged coming in, the security didn't open the door for us as he did the other shoppers of caucasian backgrounds, and we were eyed and followed around the store. The security, who is made to stand outside the store, followed us inside and locked eyes with each of us as we briefly walked through the store. the store was occupied yet we were constantly questioned, looked at, and followed around. Will literally never step foot in this store and will absolutely be spreading the word.

Super rude security guard . They opened at a 11... I tried to go at that time he rudely brushed me off and wouldn't open the door. Tried again 10 mins later and got the same rudeness . Even if they aren't ready there is a way to handle it better.

I live out of state and I shopped here just over a month ago when I was in town. I purchased a very pricy diamond huggie that was poorly designed- the weight of the diamond caused it to swing down to face the ground so that it could not be seen. It would not stay in place. Knowing that I would be back in a month for another trip, I waited until today to bring the huggie back. At first I was told that I likely could not switch it out for a different item, but the manager ended up giving me store credit and allowed me to pick out a new piece of jewelry. This was not necessary and I would have understood if she had said no. It was very generous of her to allow me to exchange and I am very happy with my new finds! Thank you and I look forward to coming back!

Ruby introduced me to Mejuri and helped me find some amazing pieces! I had never heard of this company, which originated in Canada. I was able to get in right away but I noticed there was a line outside on Abbot Kinney. The designs and quality are awesome, plenty of options to choose from in-store. The store was super cute! Ruby was incredibly helpful and has great taste. It was honestly so fun to go in!

Hello! I stopped by on my trip two weeks ago and was helped by someone named Benji. Benji was so incredibly helpful and really made me feel at home.I’m from NYC so we also have a Mejuri but this happened to be my first time in store.Thank you so much, Benji for making my first time experience so lovely. While the staff inside was quite nice when we finally got in there, the security guard outside could not have be more unkind. My experience was very similar to that of the previous reviewer, Cyn F - and by the time I got into the store (in which I did make a purchase), I was quite upset and it really ruined the experience. I don't think that a security guard should nearly reduce me to tears for just trying to enter a jewelry store, and I should not be yelled at for asking about the wait.
