“I went here to get measured for my suit that I needed because I recently lost a bunch of weight. The measurements were spot on to the point where no tailoring was even needed.
I have also gotten zippers fixed here for a backpack, as well as clothes fluff and folded, and of course dress shirts dry cleaned.
The customer service is top notch as the owner always asks how you are doing when you come in. I totally recommend VIP Cleaners even if you don’t live/work nearby.”

“Wow! This Santa Monica laundromat is very clean and the customer service from all of the employees is outstanding! I was actually dreading having to do my laundry in a public laundromat. However, Joe, one of the employees, greeted me as I walked in and when I said "this is my first time here," Joe was very kind and explained about their services and machines. This laundromat also offers pick-up and delivery for "Fluff & Fold." I highly recommend it!”

“Never open in the morning. Don't plan on picking up your dry cleaning before 9 am. They are never actually open. I like this dry cleaner and very nice owners. I just need predictability of being open before 9 am since they are also not open on Sundays for pickup.”

“I actually find this place to be very pleasant. Depending on the time of day, it can be busier during mid morning and evening hours. I try and go as early as possible. Prices are high but I find that when I start my wash that the machine has been cleaned the night before. The facility is usually always clean. I've been coming here for years and I've enjoyed all 3 previous owners including the current owner. Gina is hard working and easy to talk to. Her staff, Maria is also hard working and does the fluff and fold. Both very helpful when you need it.”
