I wanted shoes for a wedding this weekend and have loved Fluevogs from afar for a while, so I stopped by the store to see if any styles would fit my narrow feet. Keith, the store manager, was fantastic. He recommended styles that fit a narrower foot and when I settled on a shoe that he didn't have in my size, he ordered it from a San Francisco store and made sure it would be delivered before the wedding. It got to me in two days and I am in love--gorgeous and comfortable! This is my first Fluevog but it will not be my last.

The service in the Fluevog shop in Venice California is excellent. The staff there advises me very well on my size questions. I love Fluevog shoes when I want to wear WOW footwear (which always gets compliments) and the service is really personal and exceptional as well. Great experience.

Confused on whether they are trying to sell shoes or chase away customers. We were the only shoppers and I kept having to go to someone and ask for help. There were a few styles I was interested in and I had a lot of questions but the salesperson literally would say nothing and walk away and then socialize or look at themselves in the mirror. I would just walk up again and be like “excuse me, can I try on the other pair I asked for?” and be met with a total indifferent face and reluctance to help. It was so awkward, so I just tried on a couple floor models on my own and left. I was visiting from out of town and this was one of the stops I was most excited about because I wanted to get myself a nice treat, but it was so uncomfortable. It ended up being the worst stop of my trip.

Eh. If our most recent visit was any indication, this company's standards are going downhill. There was one girl working who didn't say a word, get up from behind the desk, or even put down whatever she was reading. So we left. That's it. Still, cool and unique soles so... +1 star for that?

Yes. Yes. Yes.YES! I am both embarrassed (eh, not really) and beyond proud of my Fluevog collection. I wish I was a centipede so I could wear several pairs at a time. Thank you, John Fluevog. You and your team make me smile every single day.

The staff is really knowledgeable about shoes -- not just about Fluevogs, but how shoes and feet work together. Like they're all cobblers. Really amazing. It can get busy, but the staff has always been kind and attentive, including with my school age son treating him like a legit shopper and taking delight in his interest in the styles of shoes. Also, best shoes -- finally got a pair after coveting the brand for 20 years, and totally worth it.

Been buying Fluevog shoes for decades. This store is adorable, small and filled with cute shoes, great style and friendly staff.The shoes are out of this world expensive and always have been. If you find them worth it, you’ll be ok with the price. Otherwise you’ll be shocked. I find them both.Walked away with my fabulous birthday shoes that were a gift here. But they were so expensive I couldn’t see spending on more than one pair.

The most fashionable shoes I own and the best service! Manager informed me about some critical sales info and it worked out wonderfully! Goto store for all the Fluevog goods, I'm appreciative of the years of service and kindness!

all i can say is “wow”! these shoes are so unique and up my alley. i love the victorian-esque witchy heeled boots in particular. i own too many black boots and couldn’t justify making a purchase this visit, but i will absolutely keep this designer in mind for the future! the employee working there was very sweet, as well.

Their customer service is top-notch. Heather helped me locate the shoes I was after at one of their other locations and processed my order. It’s nice to have someone help see your request through rather than refer you to their website. Impressive!

I looked for a pair of women's size 13 shoes in the store, but they had none, so the associate told me to order them online. When I told her that my feet are wide, she said that Fluevog shoes naturally run bigger and that I would be fine. I ordered the shoes online, and sure enough they are too small. The problem now is that Fluevog's online policy says they will only give me a store credit because the shoes were on sale (the sale price is still a whopping $320), however since Fluevog doesn't make my size of shoe, there is no point in me getting this credit. I feel like I've been scammed.

Wasn't even planning to buy anything today, but I had such a good time in the shop chatting with the employees. They really went out of their way to help me find the prefect fit for my fit and my aesthetic. If I could give this shop 6 stars I would.
