I had an amazing experience purchasing my first pair of JMM sunglasses. I walked in on a quiet Thursday morning and picked out a pair of Ashcroft frames. The store associates were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They patiently indulged me as I tried on several pairs of frames before finally making up my often indecisive mind. I will definitely return to add more pairs to my sunglass collection.

Stay away from bad service! Buying very expensive glasses you would expect great costumer service! But this is the worst customer service I ever encountered in my life !! two things are important when buying luxury products.
one great product and two normal customer service. Customer service is awful or even worse .. store in LA doesn’t answer phone CALLS. I wrote up at least 20 emails to Jacque Mari mage with no response regarding a screw that fell off from a last frontier glasses.. I will never buy again from this company, even though I already own 4 pairs of their glasses!!

Amazing store, love their sunglasses. Had such a good experience with Robert. He was extremely helpful. I will be back next time I’m in LA. They tightened and cleaned up my Molinos too for free while I looked which was a nice touch. One last thing, open a store in NYC please :) !

I was visiting from out of town and decided to check this spot out since I’m a fan of the glasses. This is such a beautiful showroom for their products and I recommend just seeing it for the interior design alone.
I had a great experience with Art who helped me try on some frames for optical and sunglasses to get a better idea. Cool people work here.

I love these glasses and saved up a visit to the store until my last day before flying home to Australia. I was excited to try a few pairs and hopefully choose a pair of sunglasses. When I arrived I was told I couldn’t even come in the store as they were understaffed and I didn’t have an appointment, which I had no idea I had to make. There was one couple being served and a guy and his dog waiting. I had to sort of beg just to come into the shop to look at the glasses. The man who deigned to open the door for us could not have been more unhelpful and unwelcoming. I was told I could wait an hour to be served. There’s creating an illusion of luxury and scarcity and then there’s just being elitist and wanky.

Abysmal service, made us wait outside because they were “busy” with one customer. Once we got in, felt rushed and ignored. Worst shopping experience I’ve encountered.

Very meticulously designed shopping experience, a bit of an oasis on the other side of Abbott Kinney. The western styling of this store makes it particularly fun. Lots of sunglasses and glasses to try here, but remember to get an appointment!

I stopped by this store with limited time to shop (not recommended, given the beautiful store and all the amazing product), and was helped by an extremely friendly, flexible, and attentive member of the staff (Crystal), who almost intuitively knew what I was looking for. She brought me several options (all amazing), and helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. Next time I visit, I will budget more time to shop!

Visiting LA from Toronto, had to come and check out the store. Hats off to the team here and the Hollywood location as well (yeah yeah I went to both). Showroom at Venice is stunning and spacious. The attention to detail is second to none.Janelle was the best stylist. Super kind, knowledge, and a genuinely lovely person. I came in wanting a specific pair and left with a different one altogether. Also, shoutout to Joey as well. Guy's a gem!I'll be looking forward to coming back next time I'm in Venice.
